Utkal University B.Ed & M.Ed Admission 2022 Application Form:

• Candidate must have a relevant and active Mobile Number and a relevant and active e-mail address.
• For registration, click (New User Registration) and provide the data in appropriate fields
• You will next move to the Registration page.
• Choose the Course Applied for form the dropdown list.
• Choose the Subject from the Subject dropdown list.
• Then move onto the Name field write your Full Name as per your HSC (10th) certificate.
• Enter the correct and active Mobile Number and email address, which will be registered for the entire registration process.
• In the Date of Birth field, enter your Date of Birth
• Enter the valid captcha code in the Captcha Code field.
• Click on the Register button to get yourself registered. You will soon receive an OTP in your Mobile Phone and email address.
• Provide the OTP to validate your registration and proceed with Payment.
• Click the “Resend” “OTP” option once again.

Documents Required for the Admission Process:

• Candidates must have to ready the Scanned copy of their recent passport size photograph in JPG format with a maximum dimension of 150px in width & 180px in height not exceeding 200KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your signature in JPG format 50KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your Caste Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
• The Scanned copy of your Persons with Disability (PwD) / Differently abled Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
• Scanned copy of your In/Ex-Service Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
• In case of any criminal cases or any other cases pending in any police stations or court, scanned copy of relevant certificates/documents in PDF format, if applicable.
• Scanned copy of the document to be an orphan.

• Make a payment of Rs.600/- for an application form
• You can make payment via modes such as Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card by using SBI E-Pay, you will soon receive an e-Receipt generated immediately from the System containing a reference number
• The reference number will begin with 19 followed by 8 digits which you will provide when you submit an online application form.
• Once you make the payment of the application form, you will receive the Login ID & password on your registered Mobile Phone and email address immediately within 10 minutes. In case, it is not received within 10-15 minutes, send an email mentioning your application ID and payment details to Helpdesk.

Eligibility Criteria:

For B.Ed. (2 Years):

• Those who have attained 50% marks in graduation or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with at least 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto can apply for B.Ed. course.

For M.Ed. (2 Years):

• To seek admission in M.Ed. In the programme, the candidate must have attained a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade in B.Ed., B.A.B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed. or the course must have been recognized by the NCTE, etc.

Seat Reservation:

• There will be proviso of seat reservation and relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories according to the rules by University/ State Govt./ Central Govt. whichever is applicable.
