GITAM GAT 2022 Application Form:

GITAM GAT 2022 Application form has been released through Online Mode Only. The process of the GITAM GAT 2022 application has been started and the last date to submit the application is 31st May 2022. As soon as candidates have to collect the application form, start filling in personal and educational details. Make sure to fill in all the details carefully and accurately. Ensure to scan recent scanned color passport size photographs during the time of online registration.

Steps to Apply for GITAM GAT 2022 application form:

• Visit the official website of GITAM i.e, https://apply.gitam.edu
• First, complete the registration process by submitting details like name, email address, residential status, phone number, state, city.
• After that candidates get the confirmation email, using which, verify email id.
• Then login with the login details you get in the email.
• Now fill the GITAM GAT 2022 Application Form.
• Then uploading the Documents (scanned signature & photograph).
• finally, pay the required application fee of GITAM GAT 2022.

Application Fee:

The application fee is INR.1000/- Make a payment of the application fee online through debit/credit card or internet banking & UPI.

GAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate’s minimum age to apply for GITAM GAT 2022 should be 21. The candidate must be a citizen of India. It is compulsory that candidates must have successfully completed graduation from some recognized university with at least 50% marks or more in the qualifying examination.

UG Programme:

B.Tech. programs

A minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in case of CBSE and ICSE) aggregate marks in Intermediate or 10+2 examination from a recognized central / state board (except open schools) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects in 2022 or 2021 and Quailified in GAT UG (Engineering) 2022.

B.Tech. in Biotechnology

A minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in case of CBSE and ICSE) aggregate marks in Intermediate or 10+2 examination from a recognized central / state board (except open schools) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Biology subjects in 2022 or 2021 and Quailified in GAT UG(Engineering) 2022.

• The duration of the test is 2 hours.
• The test consists of three sections and all questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions).
• Each question has four options of which one is correct.
• Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks. The wrong answer and unanswered questions will receive nil marks.

Note : GATE qualified candidates are exempted from appearing for GAT (Engineering PG) – 2022. However, they need to apply for admission and have to attend counselling as per the schedule.

Syllabus:

The question paper is divided into three sections: Numerical Data Analysis / Quantitative Analysis, Reasoning & Intelligence, Verbal Ability.

The Numerical Data Analysis / Quantitative Analysis section comprises questions that will have measurable and verifiable data. Following are the topics to be covered in this section:

Slot Booking Details:

• Slot Booking procedure is provided to the students after filling and submitting the application form.
• This is a compulsory process for the applicants to download their hall ticket in order to appear in the exam. This is basically done on a first come first serve basis.
• The online process of Slot Booking can also be done via Online Booking System commenced by GAT 2022. Given below are the steps:
• Sign in to the official website using application form number, gender, and date of birth are required to log into the official website.
• Select the exam center, date along the preferred slot.
• Sign in again using individual credentials and download the hall tickets for the examination.
• Make sure you follow the instructions given in the hall ticket.

Admit Card:

• Download the admit card from the official website of GITAM University www.gitam.edu
• Login with the Registered ID and Password.
• Then Go to Download E Hall Ticket.

Save the admit card and take a print copy. Admit card will be consisted of the following information:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Photograph of Self and Signature
• Name of the Exam i.e. GAT PGT 2020
• Center of the Examination
• Roll Number
• Documents to be carried with Admit /E-hall Ticket: Driving License / Passport / IT PAN card / EC voter ID card / School or College photo-bearing ID card / Aadhar Card.

The exam result will be announced by the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management University in online mode at the official portal.

Counseling details:

Counselling process will begin in May month. Candidates are required to make payment of INR 1000/- in cash as counseling fee. Those who are eligible for counselling will be provided with call letters. You can download the steps for counseling:
