Application Fee:

Eligibility Criteria:

• For Nursery Class, the age of the candidate must be 3 years as of 31st March 2023 and those who have been born between 1st April 2017 and 31st March 2018).
• For KG Class, the candidate must have completed the age of 4 years as on 31st March 2023 and those who have born between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2018.
• For Class I, children who have completed 5 years on 31st March 2023 and candidates must be born between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2018.
• There will be a relaxation of 30 days maximum and minimum age may be granted for all the three classes.
• There will provision of age relaxation to the differently-abled children according to the guidelines of the conducting authority.

Selection Process:

The selection process is done on the basis of the draw of lots.  There will be no entrance exam or test for seeking admission into Nursery, KG or class I.

Given below are the admission and selection process:

• I Step: The application process consisted of filling of the application form via online or offline mode.
• II Step: Draw of lots in which candidates are chosen randomly from a big lot of applications.
• III Step: Document Verification during the time of admission.

In case there are vacant seats, the second draw will be conducted. If the number of candidates is less or equal to the number of vacant seats in schools, then there will be no draw and admission will be provided to all candidates.

Sarvodaya School Admission 2023 Seat Reservation:

There will be seat reservations to the students on the basis of their caste and category.

• Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates will get seat reservations of 15%
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will get seat reservation of 7.5%
• Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates will get seat reservation of 3%
• Wards of employees of Delhi Directorate of Education will get seat reservation of 2%

• Date of Birth certificate in original issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) or any other body.
• Hospital or Auxillary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record.

• An undertaking by the parents related to Date of Birth as per the Part-B of the Application form
• School leaving certificate from last attended school (for KG and Class-I)

Resident proof (Any out of the following)

• Domicile certificate of child or parents.
• Ration card issued in the name of the parents having the name of the candidate.
• Aadhar Card of child/ parents
• The voter ID card of any of the parents.
• Passport in the name of any of the children or parents.
• Electricity Bill/ Water Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill
• Bank Passbook in the name of parent or child.
• One passport size photograph of the child.
