Info about Courses, Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process for Graduate-level Courses:

• The university provides four-year integrated (B.Sc-B.Ed) and B.Sc & BA courses in several specializations for 3 years.
• The candidate must have successfully completed class XII in the relevant subject group with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Admission will be granted on the basis of based Entrance Test commenced by the university.  The entrance test will help in assessing the English language and quantitative abilities in the applicant. Students can select the Minor subject during the second semester of the course.  If a candidate is willing to choose an Honors degree via advanced research projects then h/she can do.
• To apply for B.Sc-B.Ed (Integrated) and Life Science & Education AND Physical Science & Education, the candidate must have successfully completed class XII in the Science stream with minimum 50% marks. Applicant’s age should not be more than 19 years as on July first. The candidate’s selection will be based on the scores acquired in the entrance test commenced by the university.
• To apply for B.Sc in Biology and Physics, a candidate must have successfully completed class XII in the Science stream with a minimum of 50% marks. Info about Courses, Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process for Post Graduate level Courses:

• To apply for an MA in Education/ Development/ Public Policy & Governance, the candidate must have attained the degree of graduation in the relevant discipline. There will be an entrance test, Personal Interview to select the relevant candidate.
• To apply for M.Ed, Candidates must have a graduation degree in Sciences/ Mathematics/Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate along with any of the following degrees with minimum 50% marks in B.Ed/ B.Sc-B.Ed/ B.El.Ed along with Optional Mathematics / Science or D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree with 50% marks. The candidate has to go through the written test and interview
• To apply for LL.M in Law and Development, the candidate must have a graduation degree of Law (LL.B of 3 years or 5-year duration) from some recognized University situated in India or abroad. The candidate will go through the Written Test, interview or some other equivalent test.

Important to Remember:

• Those who have teaching experience or acquired with the Master’s degree in Science/Mathematics will be referred during the time of admission to the M.Ed program.
• The university also proffers scholarships of 100%, 70% and 50% in the tuition fee for those whose family income is more than 5 lakh annually.

Exam Pattern:

M.Ed. Entrance Exam Pattern:

• The entrance test will be comprised of 60 Multiple Choice Questions along with an essay for the duration of 150 minutes. Given below are the details:
• Part A will have 30 Questions based on understanding in education, including policies and recommendations
• Part B will have 30 Questions on discipline-specific content up to the under graduation level. (Candidate can select the discipline depending on the undergraduate and postgraduate degree and teaching subject in B.Ed (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• In part C, students have to provide certain arguments, justifications about the issues related to education and teaching. It will be based on an Essay for word limit 500-750.

MA & LL.M Entrance Exam Pattern:

• Part I will have 20 questions based on English / Reading Comprehension, 10 questions on Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude with 20 questions, General & Social Awareness will have 30 questions.
• Part II will have only 1 question based on the Statement of Purpose. This will be an essay-based question for a word limit of 500 words.
• The candidate will get 2 hours to complete Part I and 45 minutes to complete Part II.

Exam Centre:

• In Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi, and Mumbai examination centres, the paper will take place in both Offline and Online mode.
• However, centres such as Nagpur, Dharwad, Patna, Guwahati, Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Jaipur, Bhopal, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Lucknow, Calicut, Mangalore, Chandigarh, Ranchi, Dehradun, Sirsi, and Thiruvananthapuram will commence exam in the offline mode.
• Chennai will conduct an Online Exam.

• Click on ‘Apply Online’ and Register by providing info such as e-mail ID, mobile number and date of birth.
• After getting done with the successful registration, an email will be sent to the registered e-mail address with login credentials to access the application form.
• Fill the application form correctly and carefully and upload the scanned copies of the photograph as well as signature.
• Make a payment of the application fee via online mode using PayUmoney/ Debit card/Credit card/ Net banking.
