Chitkara University Admission 2023 Application Form:

• You will be able to acquire admission by filling out the application form. Forms are available both online and offline.
• Go to the official website to pursue the form on the university campus itself.
• Otherwise, official authorities may also provide you with the application form at the nearest designated bookshops for applicants.
• Applicants may fill out the application form carefully and correctly with accurate information.
• Fill in all the details correctly in the application form because later, official authorities will not entertain the correction process of the form.
• Applicants need to enter some personal, educational, course-related, parent’s, and many more details as needed in the form.
• Once all the details are filled in properly, applicants also need to attach two passport-size photographs.
• Applicants need to write their date of birth and name in the photograph.

Application Fee:

• Each course has a different application fee but the application fee will be the same for every category.
• Applicants who want to appear for BE program will make a payment of Rs2500/- as an application fee.
• Applicants need to pay Rs 1100/- as an application fee for the MBA course in the university.
• Those who fill the application form using offline mode will send the application fee to the university by Demand Draft.
• Demand Draft must be prepared in favor of “Chitkara University” payable at Chandigarh.
• Applicants can make the payment of the application fee during the time of counseling in cash.

Chitkara University Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

For B.E Course:

• To attain admission to BE course, an applicant must have completed HSC exams from a known university.
• Applicants must have attained at least 60% marks to apply.
• Applicants must have subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in the HSC exams.
• Those who have a valid scorecard of JEE Mains 2023 may also apply.

For B.Arch. Course:

• Candidate must have done HSC from some recognized board
• Candidate must have attained at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
• It is compulsory to have subjects such as English and Mathematics in the qualifying exam.
• Those who have successfully cleared NATA 2023 qualified may also apply for B. Arch. Course.

BCA course:

• The candidate must have completed the HSC exam from some recognized board.
• Candidate must have attained at least 50% marks in the HSC exam.

For B.Pharma course:

• Candidate must have completed HSC exams from some recognized university or board with at least 50% marks.
• Applicants must have compulsory subjects such as Physics, Chemistry with any one of Biology or Mathematics in the HSC exams.

For MBA course:

• Candidate must be possessed with the degree of graduation from some recognized university or institution with at least 50% marks.
• Those who are in their final year of graduation may apply.

Postgraduate course:

Those who have completed graduation in the relevant field from some recognized university or institution with at least 50% marks may apply.

Chitkara University Admission Procedure:

• The admission procedure will consist of the application process and seat allotment.
• The seat allotment process will be fully done by the official authorities during the time of counseling.
• Official authorities will prepare a merit list of the applicants once the application process is done.
• Once the application is submitted to the authority, a merit list will be released on the official website.
• The merit list will have consisted of the names of the applicants who are qualified for further rounds.
• The nominations will be done on the marks attained in the past exams.

Merit List:

• The merit list will be created based on the marks attained by applicants in JEE Main, NATA or some national level entrance test.
• Official authorities will provide the merit list of the applicants at the official website of the university.
