Engineering Entrance Exams 2023 Eligibility criteria:
The eligibility criteria for Engineering is the same for the national and university level examination. Candidates have to check their Eligibility, before filling the Application form.
- The candidate should have completed the 12th standard with the Science stream.
- The students must have Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics as the subjects in Class 12th.
- Candidates must score at least 50% of marks in the 12th standard to be eligible for B.Tech admission in engineering colleges. And students belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ ST will have a relaxation of up to 5% in the minimum qualifying marks.
- There is no age limit.

Engineering Entrance Exams 2023: National level
JEE Mains 2023:
JEE Mains (Joint Entrance Examination) is a national-level examination. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). JEE Mains is an entrance exam to take admission to Engineering colleges in India. It also conducts the exam for selecting the candidates in architecture programmes and these courses are offered by NIT, CFITs, and other institutions.
JEE Advanced 2023:
JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced is a national-level entrance test. The examination is conducted by one of seven Zonal Coordinating IITs (IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, and IIT Guwahati) on behalf of the Joint Admission Board (JAB). This exam is the second stage of the JEE Main exam. The exam is conducted for the admissions in UG, Integrated PG, or UG-PG Dual Degree courses. It is offered in the field of engineering, architecture, sciences, or pharmaceutics.

GATE 2023:
GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test) is a national-level engineering entrance exam. It is organized jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee) on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB)-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. This exam helps the candidates to take admissions in postgraduate engineering/technology/architecture/science courses offered by top colleges of the country and it should be noted that the GATE 2023 score is valid for THREE YEARS from the date of announcement of the results.
SAAT 2023:
SAAT (Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test) is a national level exam conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University for admission into various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) course.

AP EAMCET 2023:
Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU) on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher education (APSCHE). It is a state-level entrance exam organized to offer admission into various UG Courses in the field of Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical fields. Admission is offered into various government or private colleges situated in Andhra Pradesh state.
BCECE 2023:
BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) is conducted once a year by the BCECE board. It is a state-level entrance examination. From this exam, candidates get admission into various UG Courses in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy and Agriculture, and health science courses in the state of Bihar.
CENTAC 2023:
CENTAC 2023 admission process will be conducted by the Centralized Admission Committee, Puducherry. It is a state-level admission procedure. There will be no entrance exam for offering admission. Admission will be offered in various Engineering & Pharmacy courses. Candidates will get admission based on Intermediate (12th) level scores.
KCET 2023:
Every Year Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) exam. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission in various courses in the field of Engineering, Technology, BPharma, DPharma, Agriculture courses (Farm Science), and Veterinary courses.
MHT CET 2023:
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET or MH CET) is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra. It is a state-level entrance exam that provided admission in Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, etc courses. Students are offered admission into government and private institutions situated in the state of Maharashtra.
TNEA 2023:
Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) for undergraduate admissions in engineering and technology programs in the colleges of Tamil Nadu. The admission is based on the candidate’s 10+2 marks and the counseling organized by the university.
COMEDK 2023:
COMEDK Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. Through this exam, candidates get admissions to engineering and architecture courses offered by more than 190 colleges/institutes that accept COMEDK scores.
UPSEE 2023:
Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. Through this exam, candidates can get admission in engineering, architecture, pharmacy, design, management, computer applications, etc. It also offers admission to the lateral entry in B.Tech, B.Pharma, and MCA courses.
KEAM 2023:
Kerala Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM) are conducted by the Commission of Entrance Examination (CEE). It is a state-level exam through which candidates get admission in Engineering/ Pharmacy/ Architecture/ Medical & Allied courses.
TJEE 2023:
Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) conducts the Tripura JEE (TJEE) entrance exam. It is a state-level entrance exam that offers admissions to various Engineering, Agriculture Science, Veterinary Science, Fisheries Science, and other professional degree courses.
OJEE 2023:
Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is conducted by the Odisha State Government every year. It is a state-level entrance examination through which candidates get admission in various UG and PG courses like B.Tech, B.Pharma, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Plan, M. Arch, etc. Candidates will get admission to various government or private colleges of Odisha.
WBJEE 2023:
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) has been organized by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board. It is a state-level entrance exam that is conducted for providing admission in UG courses in the field of engineering & technology, architecture, and pharmacy. Various Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self-Financed Institutions of West Bengal state consider the WBJEE score to offer admission.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS Pilani) is a deemed university. It organizes a university-level entrance test called as Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test (BITSAT). BVP CET 2023:
BVP CET (Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University Common Entrance Test) is organized by Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University. It is a university-level entrance. It is conducted for selecting students for admissions in the field of engineering, management, law, pharmacy, etc.
LPU NEST 2023:
Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPU NEST). It is a university-level examination. LPU has 78th rank in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. Through this exam, candidates can get admission into Engineering, law, management, agriculture, etc.
MU OET 2023:
MU OET stands for Manipal University Online Entrance Test and it is a university-level entrance test. This exam is conducted by Manipal University for selecting the candidates for admissions in UG and PG courses in the field of engineering, medical, management, pharmacy, etc.
PESSAT 2023:
PESSAT or PES (Peoples Education Society (PES) Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is a university-level exam and it is conducted by PES University. This exam can help the candidates to get admissions in various UG and PG programmes offered by this university.
SRMJEEE 2023:
SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) is conducted by SRM University. It is a university-level exam. University conducts admissions in UG & PG engineering courses. It offers admission in the courses on various SRM university campuses – Kattankulathur, Ramapuram Chennai, and Haryana campuses.
SET 2023:
Symbiosis International University conducts the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET). It is a university-level test conducted for admissions in UG courses such as Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Design, Mass Communication, Computer Studies, Liberal Arts, and Culinary Arts.
UPESEAT 2023:
UPESEAT (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test) is conducted by UPES, Dehradun. It is a university-level examination. This exam is conducted to offer admissions in B.Tech & B.Tech+LLB (Hons.) programmes. The university organizes 37 Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programmes in various disciplines.
VITEEE 2023:
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) or VIT Engineering Entrance Examination is a university-level entrance test. This exam is organized by VIT University. Through this exam, candidates are selected for admissions in B.Tech programmes. VITEEE is a common entrance exam for VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT-AP, and VIT- Bhopal.
