IBPS PO Exam Pattern & Syllabus: Every year The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS PO Bank Exam. After clear IBPS PO Exam candidates can get the job in the Public-Sector Banks in India. IBPS provides its services to all Public-Sector Banks (PNB, BOB, etc.), RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, LIC & Insurance companies, and other Banks which are regular members of the IBPS society. IBPS PO Exam Pattern:
The selection process of the IBPS PO will have 3 stages i.e,
- Prelims Exam
- Mains Exam
- Interview

IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Pattern:
- The IBPS PO preliminary exam will be conducted online.
- There will be 3 sections with a total of 100 questions and a maximum score of 100 marks.
- The duration of the Exam will be 60 Minutes i.e, 20 minutes per Subject.
- There is negative marking in the Exam and 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.
- It is necessary to clear the cut-off in all 3 sections to qualify for the IBPS PO Main exam.

Interview Process:
The final stage of the IBPS PO will be the interview process. Candidates who qualify the Mains Exam are invited for the Interview Process by IBPS. The Interview Process will be of 100 marks and the minimum marks for qualifying this round will be 40% which is reduced to 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories.

Final Selection:
- The final selection of the candidate to the post of Probationary Officer will be based on the score of Mains Exam and the Interview Process.
- The weightage of both these stages of the exam will be in the ratio 80:20 respectively.
- A merit list will be generated after the Interview Process of IBPS PO Exam has been conducted.
