JNU CEE M.Tech 2023: In the month of May 2023 JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 the entrance exam is expected to take place for the M.Tech aspirants. Jawaharlal Nehru University will conduct the entrance examination admissions will be granted to the successful candidates in the field of biotechnology and computer science. Applicants can opt either for online or offline application form depending on their preference. All necessary details viz. application form, eligibility criteria, exam pattern,  result, etc are discussed here for the interested candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must follow the Eligibility criteria of JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 before applying for the program. All aspirants need to follow these norms in order to appear for the entrance test. The eligibility norms are as follows:

• Aspiring candidates need to have a minimum of 50% in aggregate of B.E. or B.Tech degree.
• MCA candidates with at least 55% marks in aggregate will get a chance to seat for the entrance of JNU CEE M.Tech 2023.

JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 Application Form:

Tentatively by February 2023 the application procedure for JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 will commence. Applicants need to provide all valid and required information in the application form. No incomplete application form will be entertained. Depending on their preferred candidates can opt for an online or offline application form. For Online application form submission, candidates need to fill the form enclosing the scanned signature and photograph. After submission, an application number will be sent to the candidate. For Offline application, form submission completes the form with all necessary details and send it across to the official address of Jawaharlal Nehru University in a 30cm sized self-addressed cover. Applicants can also buy the application form by paying a DD in offline mode.

Application Fee:

For M.Tech  in Biotechnology Rs 1000 is the application fee for candidates belonging to the general category whereas Rs 500 is for applicants belonging to the reserved category. For M.Tech in CSE, the application fee for general candidates is Rs. 220 for a single choice, Rs 440 for double choices and Rs 600 for three choices. For reserved category applicants Rs 110 for a single choice, Rs.215 for double choice and Rs. 300 for three choices. For online application submission, the application fees can be paid using a debit card, credit card, or net banking options. For offline submission of application, form candidates need to submit a DD payable at New Delhi as an application fee.

Exam Pattern:

Prior knowledge of the Exam will help the students to get them prepared for the entrance examination. Objective type questions will be asked in the entrance examination. I mark will be awarded for every correct response. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every inaccurate answer.3 hours will be the duration of the examination. The medium of the question paper will be English language only. The exam will have two segments. First segment will be for the Engineering candidates and segment two will be for the science students. Depending on their studies students have to choose the segments for answering the questions in the entrance.

Admit Card:

By the second week of May 2023 JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 entrance exam admit cards will be released. Candidates can avail it through online mode by using the registration number. Candidates cannot receive the hall tickets via any offline method. Candidates need to bring the admit card along with one photo ID proof to the examination centre. A candidate needs to get in touch with the JNU representative if there is any problem in downloading the admit card. Candidate cannot transfer the admit card to any other person. The applicant need to carry the admit card in order to seat for the entrance. The candidate must get photocopies of the same for any further reference.

JNU CEE M.Tech Result 2023:

Tentatively by the last week of June 2023, JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 entrance results will be declared. Depending on the entrance candidates will be shortlisted. Candidates can check their results via online mode.  JNU will issue only one merit list of selected candidates.

Cutoff:

The minimum qualifying marks is the cut off which will be decided by the university to select only the deserving ones for this particular course. In the month of June 2023, the Cutoff for the JNU CEE M.Tech 2023 entrance examination will be announced via online mode. Candidates will not get any early intimation for the same.
