SLAT 2023: Symbiosis Law school is one of the most popular law schools in India. It is for those aspirants who want to pursue a 5-year degree course in law from Symbiosis. But everyone who wants to join this college will not be able to do so. There is an entrance examination that they will have to get through, in order to get admission to this school. The Symbiosis Law Admission Entrance test is referred to as SLAT.
Eligibility Criteria:
Before you proceed to filling up of the Symbiosis Law Admission Test 2023 Application Form, you will have to follow the steps given below:
- In order to appear for SLAT, the minimum educational qualification needed is intermediate. You will at least have to get 45% marks in the aggregate and the students belonging to the SC/ST category will have to get a minimum of 40%.
- If the student is appearing for the class XII board examination, even then he can appear for this test. At the time of counseling these students will be able to produce the documents for the qualifying examination.
- In order to appear for this examination, there is no age limit.

SLAT 2023 Application Form
The application form for the SLAT examination is quite a lengthy process because it includes the filling up of the personal details, filling up of the registration form, documentation upload and fee payment. You can follow the steps given below to get a better understanding of this:
- You will first have to visit the official website and then click on, “Apply now”
- You will then have to click on the “Register” option in order to register
- Now you will have to enter your name, your mobile number, email address and the preferred city
- You will then have to upload the scanned copy of a colored photo in the .jpeg or .jpg or .png format. The size of the photo could go up to a maximum of 100kb. The photos that are bigger than the standard size will be automatically resized by the system.
- You will then have to click on “save and continue”
- Once you do so, you will get a registered id along with a password on your registered email id and your mobile number. Make sure that you keep all these details safely with you because you will need these details at a later stage in order to access the application form, the admit card and the result. Once you successfully register, you will get the application form window in front of you and here you will have to fill in all the necessary details
- Once all the details are filled, you should re-check the form to ensure that there are absolutely no mistakes in them.
Application Fee:
- Once you fill-up the application form, you will have to make the necessary fee payment.
- You can pay either online or offline
- For the online fee payment, the candidate will be provided with a payment gateway and if the candidate is making the fee payment through the offline mode, the payment has to be made using a demand draft.
- In order to make the fee payment, the candidate will first have to choose the “mode of payment” from the “make my payment ” tab
- In order to make an online payment, the candidate will have to use either through the debit card or through credit card or through online payment
- If the payment mode is selected as “offline”, the candidate will have to make the payment through a demand draft
- Under the “payment tab”, the candidate will have to choose “Offline payment”, then choose “DD” option
- Then take a print of the payment advice form. Then fill in the details, sign it and then send it along with the DD in the address mentioned below:

Exam Pattern:
There will be a total of 75 questions and each section of the 5 sections will have 15 questions each. There will also be a writing test for 30 minutes. Only if the candidate qualifies for the objective type questions, will he be eligible for the writing test. There will be no negative marking for the wrong answers.

Admit Card:
In order to download the admit card, the candidate will have to log in to the official website. It is necessary for the candidate to take a colored print out of the admit card and also check the details mentioned on it. Without the admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
Result
The results for the Symbiosis SLAT 2022 examination will be declared on the official website. In order to check the result, the candidate will have to follow the steps mentioned below:
- First, the candidate will have to log in to the official website using the registration id and the password
- The result will be available on the dashboard as per the schedule
- It is necessary for you to download the result for reference in the future
