IIITH PGEE 2022: IIITH is shortened for The International Institute of Information Technology which is located in Hyderabad for selecting candidates to provide admission in Postgraduate and doctorate programmes. IIITH PGEE 2022 Application Form:
Candidates are able to fill and submit the duly filled application form by the month of May. Before filling the application form, applicants must read the eligibility criteria and instructions before filling the application form. The incomplete forms will lead to rejection.
Steps to fill Application Form:
- Step#1 – Registration: First, candidates have to register to participate in the entrance exam. During the registration process, submit their name, parent’s name, gender, contact number, address, and relevant email id. The candidates will receive an OTP in their email address after the registration process gets over.
- Step#2 – Filling the Application Form: Use your login credentials and login to the account and fill in the academic information. Also, mention the details about the two references by the candidates in the application form. As per the required specifications, the candidates will upload the statement of purpose, photo, and resume.
- Step#3 – Fee Payment: Lastly, applicants will submit the Application Fee of IIITH PGEE 2022. Pay the fee using online modes such as credit card/debit card/net banking. After the application process gets over, the acknowledgment email will be sent to the candidates.
Application Fee:

- Pay Rs 50 for each additional Programme and Rs. 2000 for one Programme
- The application Form will be available on the official website i.e. www.iiit.ac.in from the month of February and the last date to submit the Application Form is the month of May.
- Two Registration Forms: The candidates are required to fill two Registration Forms: Pre-Registration Form and Main Registration Form.

IIITH PGEE 2022 Exam Pattern:
The examination pattern consisted of various details such as exam mode, marking scheme, exam time duration, etc. By referring to the exam pattern, you will be able to prepare well for the examination. Check the details given below:
- Exam Mode: Offline i.e. Pen & Paper-based Test (PPT)
- Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions

- Marks: There will be no negative marking
- Language: The question paper will be in English Language only
Exam and Question Pattern:
- Mathematics, Structural Engineering, and Computational Natural Sciences: Subjective
- Computer Science: Objective
- Selection for the interview for the streams (i) VLSI & Embedded Systems and (ii) Signal Processing and Communication will be based on the score secured in this paper and marks scored in General Aptitude Test – The questions will be both objective and subjective. The subject will be divided into two parts – Part A (Electronics) and Part B (Signal Processing and Communication).
- Computational Linguistics: Questions will be Objective and Subjective in nature.
- The candidate is allowed to carry only an admit card and original ID proof inside the examination hall.
- Candidates are suggested to reach the examination centre at least an hour prior to the commencement of the exam.
- Candidates can enter the examination hall at least 45 minutes prior
- Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination centre before the conclusion of the exam.
Exam Syllabus:
It is crucial to check the exam syllabus while preparing for the examination. It is important for candidates to have a better understanding of the syllabus so that it will be easy to appear in the examination with confidence. Check the syllabus details below:
The syllabus will be for two papers – General Aptitude and Subjective-based.
- General Aptitude: The syllabus for general aptitude comprises of topics from Logical Reasoning, Basic Aptitude, Basic Questions on Computers, and Mathematics.
- Subject-Based: The syllabus for Subjective-based consisted of topics from Mathematics (Subjective), Computer Science (Objective), Electronics and Communications Engineering (Objective and Subjective), Structural Engineering (Subjective), Computational Natural Sciences and Bioinformatics (Objective), Computational Linguistics.
Admit Card:
The Registered applicants could avail the admit card from the official website. Download the admit card from the official website. The admit card or hall ticket is an important document that every candidate should carry to the exam center. It contains information such as examination centre venue, exam dates, and timings along with other information that was present in the IIITH PGEE 2020 Admit Card. No candidate is permitted to enter the examination center without an admit card. Candidates can easily find details such as the Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, Date of Birth, Photograph, Signature, Examination Date, Exam Time, Exam Venue. Please note, admit card will not be sent via post.
Steps to download Admit Card:

- First, go to the IIITH PGEE official website and log in by using your credentials.
- Enter the Application number, date of birth, and Email address.
- Download the admit card and take a print of the admit card.
Exam Result:
The exam result will be announced via online mode. Go to the official website to check the result. The scorecard of the result will also be declared by the exam conducting body. It helps to know scores acquired by the entrant in IIITH PGEE.
Answer Key:
The exam Answer Key will also be available on IIITH PGEE official website. The Answer Key will help in calculating the approximate marks and help to check and predict whether the candidate is eligible for admission or not.
Merit List:
The Merit List will be prepared by IIITH authorities. After the result declaration, the merit list will be prepared and on the basis of the scores achieved in the entrance examination, they will be ranked in the merit list.
Cut-Off:
The cut off for various courses will be uploaded on the official website. Cut off marks denotes the minimum marks or qualifying marks required for candidates to seek admission in the course. There will be no subject-wise cut-off criteria. The cut off is for total marks and you must clear the total marks cut off to seek admission.

- Click on “IIITH PGEE 2022 Results” link.
- Provide your hall ticket number and other required information.
- The exam result will appear on the screen.

Counselling:
After clearing the IIITH PGEE 2022 examination, candidates will be called for counselling process which will be commenced in the month of July. The qualified candidates could download the IIITH PGEE Counselling call letter from the official website after the Merit List is prepared.
Document Verification & Interview:
Soon after the counseling, the candidates will have to report to the allotted institute with the original certificates for document verification. The documents will be verified and candidates will proceed for an interview.
Admission: Lastly, the selected candidates will submit the rest of the tuition fee to confirm the admission.
