Graphic Era University Admission 2023: Graphic Era University, originally Graphic Era Institute of Technology, is a deemed university in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, located in Clement Town. In 1993, the institution was established as the ‘Graphic Era Institute of Technology,’ and in 2008, it was granted the title of Deemed University. Graphic Era University is affiliated with both the UGC and the Ministry of Human Resources Development.

The university offers multiple programs at the undergraduate level. Graphic Era University UG Eligibility Criteria 2023
- For admission to the B.Tech program, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% in their 10+2.
- For admission to the BA program in any specialization, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with relevant subjects. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% in their 10+2.
- For admission to the B.Com program, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with accounts & economics as mandatory subjects. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% in their 10+2.
- Candidates seeking admission to the BBA program must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the commerce stream.
- Candidates seeking admission to the B.Sc program must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the science stream.
- Candidates seeking admission to the BCA program must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the science stream (maths & computer as mandatory subjects).

- The merit for UG courses except B.Tech is prepared based on marks obtained by candidates in their 10+2.

- For admission to the M.Tech program, the candidate must have B.Tech degree in a relevant specialization along with the minimum percentage criteria.
- For admission to the M.Sc program in any of the mentioned specializations, the candidate must have a B.Sc degree from a recognized university or institution in the relevant specialization. The candidate must be graduated with the minimum percentage criteria set by the university.
- For admission to the MBA program, the candidate must be graduated in any discipline.
- For admission to the MCA & MHM program, the candidate must have passed BCA & BHM, respectively, from a recognized board or institution.

- Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech program must have a valid GATE score. Based on the GATE score, candidates will be called for the Personal Interview round. After the Personal Interview round, the university releases the final selection list.
- Admission to the M.Sc program will be based on the merit list released by the university. The merit list is prepared based on marks obtained by candidates in their last qualifying examination.
- Admission to the MCA program is based on the marks obtained by candidates in UPTU-SEE/ UTU-SEE or any other qualifying examination.
- Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program must produce a valid CAT/XAT/MAT score. The university releases the list of candidates selected through the merit list for the GD/PI round. After the conclusion of the GD/PI round, the university releases the final merit list based on which seats are allotted to selected students.

The university offers a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program with several specializations at the doctorate level.
To be eligible for the concerned course, candidates must have a Master’s Degree from any AIU/UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 55 percent marks or a CGPA of 5.5 on a 10-point scale in the qualifying examination.
