Master in Architectural Design:
- Applicant must have done B.Arch or equivalent with at least 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% marks for reserved category candidates.
Master in Conservation & Regeneration:
- To apply for this course, the minimum qualification is B.Arch /B. Tech (Structural, Civil), B.A in Archaeology, Bachelors in Interior Design (Minimum 4 years), Bachelors in Urban Design or Planning (Minimum 4 years) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for Unreserved category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
Master in Architectural History & Theory:
- Candidate must be possessed with the degree of B. Arch.
- Candidate must have completed MA (Master of Arts in Architectural History and Theory ) B.Tech (Structural, Civil), Bachelors in Interior Design (Minimum 4 years), Bachelors in Design (B.Des) (Minimum 4 years), Bachelors in Urban Design or Planning (Minimum 4 years).
- Attained at least 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved candidates.
Master in Landscape Architecture:
- Candidate must be possessed the Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Interior Design disciplines with a minimum of four full-time academic years in duration.
- A postgraduate degree in disciplines such as Botany, Ecology, Horticulture, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Geology, Hydrology, or similar natural sciences for at least two years of full-time study with a prescribed bridge course
- Candidate must be possessed with 4 years of Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Planning along with the prescribed bridge course
- Applicant must be possessed with at least 55% aggregate marks for UR candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category applicants in the qualifying degree.
Master in Urban Planning:
- Candidate must be possessed a degree of graduation in Architecture/ Planning/Urban Design/Construction Technology.
- 5 Years Under graduation degree in Interior Design
- 5 Years Under graduation degree in Design
- UG degree in Engineering/Technology/Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering
- A Post Graduation degree in Urban Design/Landscape Architecture
- A Post Graduation degree in Science/Technology/Geomatics/Geo-informatics/Geographical Information System
- Master’s Degree in Geography/Economics
- In all the above-mentioned degrees, the applicant must have attained at least 55% aggregate marks for the general category and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
Master in Urban Transport Systems:
- A degree of graduation in Architecture/ Planning/ Urban Design/Construction Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (of minimum five years duration)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design (of a minimum of five years duration)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering
- Master’s Degree in Science Mathematics /Statistics/Operations Research
- Master Degree in Science/ Technology/ Geomatics/ Geo-informatics/ Geographical Information System
- Master’s Degree in Geography/Economics.

Master in Urban Infrastructure:
- Candidate must be possessed the graduation degree in Architecture/Planning/ Urban Design/Construction Technology
- A graduation degree of 5 years in Interior Design

- Applicant must have acquired at least 55% aggregate marks for general category & 50 % aggregate marks for reserved category applicants
Master in Urban Management:
- Candidate must be attained with a graduation degree from any stream with at least 55% aggregate marks for general category and 50% for reserved categories candidates.
Master of Technology in Construction Engg & Mgt:
- Candidate must be possessed the degree of graduation in Civil Engg, Construction Technology, Environmental Engineering, Urban Design & Architecture
- Candidates for the M.Tech. program in the general category must have attained 55% aggregate marks and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category marks.
- Applicants must have cleared XII Exam in the Science stream with subjects such as Mathematics and Physics.
Master in Building Products & Systems:
- Candidate must have completed B.Arch recognized by the Council of Architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree (min 04 years needed) in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Product Design, or Textile Design
- Diploma in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Interior Arch, Product Design, or Textile Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design (minimum 05 Years Program)
- With at least 55% aggregate marks for General category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.
Master of Technology in Structural Engg Design:
- A degree of graduation in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology with at least 55% aggregate marks for UR candidates and 50% for reserved category candidates
- Applicant must have cleared class XII in the science stream with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects.
Master of Technology in Geomatics:
- A degree of graduation in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geoinformatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Water Resources, Agriculture, Planning, Urban Design, and Architecture.
OR
- Post graduation in Basic Science, Earth Science, Geoinformatics, Climate Science, Environment Science, Information Technology, Disaster Management, and Geography.
- With at least 55%, aggregate marks and 50% for reserved category applicants
- Candidate must have cleared class XII examination in the Science stream with Mathematics & Physics as mandatory subjects.
Master of Technology in Building Energy Performance:
- A graduation degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Energy Engineering/Environmental Engineering /Construction Technology/Architecture/Urban Design/Interior Design or Interior Architecture (five-year programs only)

CEPT Entrance Exam 2023 Exam Pattern:

- The paper will be commenced in the English language
- Paper will take place in offline mode.
- The Paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions, drawing and sketching, and brief answer questions.
