UGC NET June 2022 Application Form:
UGC NET June 2022 Application Form can be acquired via online mode. Candidates are required to fill out the application form via the official website. There is a proviso for a direct link to the application form on the official website. Enter the details and upload scanned copies of the recent photographs and signatures on the application form. There will be hardly any need for a hard copy of the application form.

Details About the Examination are as follows:
- The online submission of the application form will begin in the month of March.
- You can apply via online mode only.
- Make sure to submit only one application at a time.
- Use the official website www.ntanet.nic.in to access the UGC NET application form.
- Candidates are required to give an email address as well as a mobile number in the application form.
- This examination is a computer-based test.
- The exam will consist of two different papers and questions will be objective type.
- Candidates are eligible for Assistant Professor or for both Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor will all depend on the performance in both the papers.
NET 2022 Application Fee:
- You can make payment of the UGC NET June 2022 Application fee via modes like Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking, e-challan and ensure to keep proof of payment.
- General Candidates need to make payment of Rs. 1000/-
- OBC will pay Rs. 500/-
- SC, ST, PWD, Transgender Candidates will pay Rs. 250/-
- Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay for the application fee via modes like online and offline.
- You can pay for the application fee using modes like debit card, credit card, or Net Banking.
- You can pay offline using e-challan and submit fee by cash in any of the branches of syndicate bank, Canara Bank or ICICI Bank. Take print for further reference ahead.
Facility for Application Fee Correction:
There will be proviso for making corrections in the application form. By mistake, if you have submitted the incorrectly filled form then pay the extra amount and the task is over. You can make payment through modes like debit/credit card or e-challan. The correction facility is available at the official website www.ntanet.nic.in for a specific period of time. You can make corrections in the following:
Errors of photograph and signature, blurred or hazy photograph, Red-eyes because of improper flash, inappropriate size or dimension e.g. Stamp size photo, Focus is not on face, incorrect sceneries, not looking straight in the camera, dark glares hiding face, undetectable signature because of scanning or small size, signature in Capital letters rather than in running handwriting etc.
UGC NET June 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit for Junior Research Fellowship:
- The maximum age should be 30 years as on 1st January 2022 and there will be an age relaxation of five years for reserved category candidates.
- Those who are LLM Degree holders will seek age relaxation of three years in the upper age.
Age limit for Assistant Professor: There is no age limit for Assistant professor
NTA UGC NET 2022 Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have completed post-graduation with at least 55% marks and 50% for those who are from the reserved category.
- Those who appear in their final year exam of Post graduation in the year 2022 are also eligible to apply.
UGC NET 2022 Exam Pattern:
- There will be two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2 and the NTA UGC NET 2022 Exam Pattern for both the papers are as follows:
- Mode of Examination will be online. Questions will be asked in both Hindi and English language. Two marks will be given for every correct answer. Questions will be Objective Type and there will be no negative marking.
- Paper 1 includes questions based on generic in nature; assess the research/teaching aptitude of the student. Candidates will be tested in terms of comprehension, reasoning ability, divergent thinking and general awareness.
- Paper-II: The second paper will consist of questions from the subjects selected by the candidate. All the questions of Paper-II are mandatory
- Paper I will have 50 questions for 100 marks to be completed in the duration of an hour.
- First shift of the paper will be from 9.30 am to 10.30 am
- The second shift of the paper will be from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm.
- Paper II consisted of 100 questions for 200 marks to be completed in a duration of 120 minutes.
- First Shift will be from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.
- Second Shift will be from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
UGC NET 2022 Syllabus:
The exam syllabus of NTA UGC NET depends on the subject chosen by the candidates. There are overall 100 subjects and in the exam pattern, the exam will be divided into two different parts Part I and Part II. The syllabus of Part I will be the same for every candidate and Part II includes topics such as comprehension, general awareness, reasoning ability, and divergent. The syllabus of Part II is based on the subjects chosen by candidates.
Admit Card:
Admit card will be provided via the official website. Download and print the admit card using the official website. Carry the admit card along with you at the exam centre. Along with the admit card, candidates will carry their original photo identity proof at the exam center.
- The admit card will be issued to the candidates.
- Download the admit card from the official website.
- Candidates need to appear for the examination as per the date and time mentioned in the admit card.
- Go through the guidelines given in the admit card.
- If there are some errors in the admit card then contact the UGC NET helpline immediately.
- There will be no scenario, where duplicate admit card will be provided to the candidates.
- Keep Admit Card as it is an important document and need for further reference.
UGC NET June 2022 Answer Key:
There will be a display of the admit card on the official website www.ntanet.nic.in. The authority gives chance to students to challenge the answer key. It will be displayed for two to three days. You can put a challenge against the answer key by paying Rs.1000/- per question. The decision of NTA will be the final decision.
UGC NET June 2022 Result:
There will be a result declaration on the official website. In addition to the release of the exam, the answer keys will also be released by the exam authority so that candidates can match the answers. The result will be declared by the last week of the month of July. Those who successfully clear the examination need to contact the exam conducting authority for seeking the issuance of the e-certificate.
