If you successfully register for the ACET examination, you will be getting a confirmation call. You will also be getting an email in your registered email id confirming your registration. It will also provide you with a link that will help you to proceed to the next step. You will have to upload the photo and will also have to make the fee payment.

The candidates will have to answer multiple-choice questions and each of these questions will have one correct answer. The total marks for this examination will be 100 and the exam duration will be for 3 hours. This is an online examination and there will be multiple-choice questions. There will be a total of 45 questions in the first section and each of these questions will carry 1 mark each. In the second section, there will be a total of 20 questions and each of these questions will carry 2 marks each. There will be a total of 5 questions in the third section and each of the questions will be 3 marks each.
There will be a total of two sections. The questions will be based on Data Interpretation, Mathematics and Statistics. The questions in the second section will be based on Logical Reasoning and English.

You will be able to get the application form online from the month of December for the candidates appearing for the ACET examination in February. The candidates who will be appearing for the examination in the month of June will be able to get the application form from the month of February. The candidates will also have to upload the signature and also the scanned photographs when filling up the application form. It is also essential for the candidate to take a print out of the form.

The candidates will be able to pay the application fee through their debit or credit cards and the payment mode will be online. For all the categories the fee will be Rs.3000. This would include the indicative solution and sample papers.
You will be able to get the admit card online. The admit card for the June session will be available from the second week of June. The candidates who will be appearing for the December session will be able to get the admit card from the first week of December. In the examination center, the candidates will have to carry a photo id proof along with the admit card. The candidates who are studying in class XII will have to carry the admit card for class XII or a school Id card that will have his or her photograph. Without these documents, the candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
In order to view the result, the candidate will have to login with the details. The result will be only available online and a print out of this will not be sent to the institutes. The result for the candidates appearing in the month of June will be declared in the month of July. The results for the candidates appearing in December will be out in the month of January. If the candidate wants to take membership in IAI, then he or she has to take it within 3 years of the declaration of the result.
In order to qualify for this examination, the candidate will have to get at least 50% marks. The candidates who score 50% or above will be called for counseling and the other procedures of admission.
The candidates will be able to download the answer key from the official website. This will help the candidates to calculate how much they will score in the examination and prepare accordingly.
