AIBE 2024: is the national level exam that has been organized by the Indian BCI-Bar Council. AIBE stands for All India Bar Examination which has been designed to fulfill the objective to evaluate the capability of all the advocates having a desire to practice law in India. All India Bar Exam 2024 Registration:

• The candidates can register themselves for the All India Bar Exam 2024 online.
• The AIBE 2024 registration process will get started in May 2024.
• The last submission date for this AIBE 2024 registration form will be August 2024.
• During registration of AIBE 2024, applicants will have to upload an Advocate ID Card issued by State Bar Council.
• Other documents to be registered in AIBE 2024 are:

1. Enrollment certificate
2. scanned photograph and signature
3. category and disability certificate

• The AIBE 2024 registration payment will only be accepted via the SBI Challan mode.
• The applicants are privileged to make the payment after 24 hours of registering themselves.

• The registration fees for applicants is 3560/- and for SC/ST candidates it is Rs.2560/-

Eligibility Criteria:

 The eligibility requirements for the AIBE 2024 as mentioned underneath:

• Applicants should be having Indian Nationality.
• Candidates should have qualified from 3 years/5 years LLB degree which has been recognized by any BCI law institution
• Applicants have not any specification for minimum percentage in previous examination/degree
• Applicants who want to appear in AIBE must have enrolment in State Bar Council
• Candidates have no age bar to aspire in the AIBE program
• Applicants are not barred to attempt this AIBE exam many times

Exam Pattern:

• The exam for AIBE 2024 has been conducted over in desk mode.
• The test paper will include an OMR sheet where MCQ questions will be placed.
• The number count for the questions in AIBE 2024 is 100.
• The question paper will include 20 subjects divided into a category I and category II.
• The AIBE paper will be divided into 2 parts, part I is for Category I subjects and part II is for Category II subjects.
• The AIBE exam will be flexible for people to know different languages; the paper will be available in 11 languages.

• 10 questions for the Criminal Procedure Code
• 10 questions for the code of Civil Procedure
• 8 questions for Evidence Act
• 4 questions for Alternative Dispute Redressal including Arbitration Act
• 8 questions for Family Law
• 4 questions for Public Interest Limitation
• 3 questions for Administrative Law
• 4 questions for Professional Ethics & Cases of Professional Misconduct under BCI rules
• 2 questions for Company law
• 2 questions for Cyberlaw
• 4 questions for Labour and Industrial Law
• 5 questions related to “Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicle Accidents and Consumer Protection Law”
• 2 questions for Environmental law
• 4 questions for Taxation
• 8 questions for Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Prop Laws, Spl Contract N.I Ac
• 2 questions for the Land Acquisition Act
• 2 questions for Intellectual Property Laws
• In total, all these questions for different subjects will be 100 in total

 Admit Card:

The next important thing after submitting the application form, is receiving the admit card/hall ticket. The admit card for AIBE will be issued through the official website before a week or two before the exam date. Go to the official website of AIBE and download it. After this, take hall ticket in the print form and carry the same printed copy to the examination center along with one photo identity card.

AIBE Result:

AIBE 2024 results will be there on AIBE’s official website. Applicants who have been there in the exam can get the results over this website with some simple process where the date of birth and roll number will be used. All the qualified candidates will get the “Certificate of Practice” for working in the law profession.
