AILET 2023 Application Form:
Ensure for catching complete details of the Application Form before moving further:
- First of all, candidates are required to register themselves.
- Make sure for filling the application form using online mode.
- The registration process starts in the month of January 2023.

AILET 2023 Application Fee:
- Candidates are required to pay the application fee via different payment modes. One can go for any of the sources from a credit card, debit card, and even internet banking.
- The application fee is Rs. 3050/- for general category candidates and Rs 1050/- for SC and ST category candidates. However, BPL candidates of SC, as well as ST category, are not required to pay any amount in the application fee.

Eligibility Criteria:
For B.A.LL.B. (Hons):
- Candidate must have completed class 12th or some equivalent examination from the recognized board.
- The minimum marks required must be at least 50% in the qualifying examination.
- The eligible age for the candidates must be 20 years as of July 2023.
- Those who are pursuing can also apply for the examination.
For LL.M. Course:
- The candidate is required to have passed LL.B. or some equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- The candidate is required to attain at least 55% marks as aggregate and 50% for those who belong to ST, SC, and PH categories.
- Those who are appearing in the final year of LL.B. can also apply for the examination.
For Ph.D. Course:
- Those who have attained a master’s degree in Law from a recognized university can apply for the examination.
- The minimum required marks must be 55% and 50% for those belonging to the reserved category.
Exam Pattern:
- The examination will be organized via offline mode.
- The examination will be for 90 minutes.
- The question paper consisted of 150 questions overall.
- There will be 150 questions in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), and 100 questions in the LL.M. course along with 1 essay-type question. The 150 questions will appear in the Multiple Choice Questions pattern.
- For every correct answer, the candidate will achieve 1 mark.
- There will be 0.25 negative marks for the incorrect question.
Exam Structure for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.):
- Section A consisted of English subjects for 35 marks.
- Section B consisted of General Knowledge for 35 marks questions will be 35 in number.
- Section C, Legal Aptitude for 35 marks and 35 questions needs to be attempted.
- Section D comprises of Reasoning for 35 marks and 35 questions need to be attempted.
- Section E, Mathematics consisted of 10 marks for 10 questions each.
AILET 2023 Syllabus:
AILET 2023 Syllabus for three different courses differs from each other, please go ahead and read:
- Syllabus for LL.M.: This includes Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Legal Theory.
- Syllabus for B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) This comprises of the subjects such as General Knowledge (History, Geography, Current Affairs, Economics, General Science, and Civics), English, Legal Aptitude Reasoning and Marks Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability).
Exam Centers:
AILET 2023 exam will be organized in various cities. The admit card will be provided by the university by the month of April 2023. The accessibility of this hall ticket/admit card is via online mode through the website. Result:
The result of the examination will be announced via an online website. One can access the results in the month of May for courses such as BA. LL.B. AILET Counselling:
The process of counseling will be commenced by National Law University after getting done by the result announcement. The seats in the college, as well as the university, will be provided on the basis of the scores obtained in the entrance test. The process of counseling will start by the month of June.
