AMD Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria condition for different posts is mentioned below:
- Scientific Assistant (Physics, Chemistry, Geology, CS/ IT) – B.Sc in Physics with 60% Marks
- Scientific Assistant (Electronics/ Instrumentation) – Diploma in Related Field with at least 60% Marks
- Scientific Assistant (Electrical) – Candidate must have completed Diploma in Electrical Engg. With 60% Marks
- Scientific Assistant (Civil) – Applicant must have done a Diploma in Civil Engg. And scored minimum 60% Marks
- Scientific Assistant (Physics/ Electronics/ Instrumentation) – The minimum qualification is Class X with 60% Marks and ITI in the related field
- Technician (Lab, Plumber, Binding, Printing, Drilling) – Candidate must have completed Class X with at least 60% Marks + ITI in related field
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – Graduate with 50% Marks + Typing + Computer
- Driver (Ordinary Grade) – Candidate must have done X along with HMV Licence (3 Yrs Old)
- Security Guard – Applicant must have done X/ESM

Selection Process:

Scientific Assistant-B (All Disciplines):
The selection process consisted of a written exam and an interview. The written exam will be consisted of 100 Objective type questions for 300 marks. There will be a deduction of 1 mark for every incorrect answer. The candidate requires 120 minutes to complete the paper.
Technician-B (All disciplines):
Selection process consisted of three stages-Preliminary tests, an Advanced test, and Trade/Skill test. The preliminary test comprises of 50 MCQs for 150 marks. There will be a deduction of 1 mark for every incorrect answer. The candidate will get 60 minutes to complete the paper.
The advanced test will be consisted of 50 Multiple Choice Questions for 3 marks each. 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The applicant will get 2 hours to complete the paper.
Upper Division Clerk:
Applicants will be selected on the basis of performance in the written test. In the written test, the candidate will get Objective and Descriptive type questions. For Level 1 exam, there will be 100 questions for 300 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answers. The candidate will be given 2 hours to complete the paper. The Descriptive Written Exam will be for 100 marks and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates will get 3 hours to complete the paper.
Driver (Ordinary Grade):
For this job, there will be two stages-Written Exam and a Driving Test. There will be 100 questions for 100 marks. Candidate will get 2 hours to complete the paper and there will be no negative marks for incorrect answers.
Security Guard:
To clear the exam for the post of Security Guard, the applicant needs to go through Physical Endurance Test and Written Test. Physical events for Male and Female is mentioned below:
