AP DSC 2023: The government of Andhra Pradesh School Education Department released the recruitment notification for teachers via the “Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test cum Teacher Recruitment Test”. Those who are eligible can apply via the official website. Those who are willing to apply and fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to go through the details mentioned below:
As per the orders of Govt. of India, School Education (Exams) Department, applications will be released for the appointment of Teachers through the “Andhra Pradesh Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) and Teacher Eligibility Test cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TET-cum-TRT)”. The application form will be available through the website in the month of February/March.
AP DSC 2023 Application Form:
Go through all the details and instructions given to apply for the AP DSC 2023 examination. To get the application form, go to the official website http://cse.ap.gov.in and collect the form. Make a payment of Rs.500/- to pay for the application fee. Fill the form carefully and ensure there shall be no mistakes while filling up the details. It is mandatory to upload the recent scanned recent photograph and signature.

Educational Qualifications:
- Candidate must have successfully completed their graduation in Special Education (Spl. B.Ed) and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed (General) with at least a year Diploma in Special Education. OR
- A degree of graduation and a General B.Ed degree with a two-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). OR
- Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Age Limit:
Candidate’s age must be 18 years of age not above 44 years of age as on the 1st day of July of the year 2023. If the candidate belongs to SC / ST / BC category then the maximum age will be 49 years and for Physically Challenged candidates the maximum age limit will be 54 years.
Those who have worked in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union will be allowed to decrease the length of the service rendered by him in the Armed Forces and three years from the age for maximum age limit.

Method of Recruitment:
- The Recruitment will be via selection process comprises of Written Test and other criteria predetermined by the Government from time to time.
- For School Assistants (Special Education) total marks will be 100 for the Written Test (TET Cum TRT).
- It will be based on Merit cum Roster system according to the existing provisions adopted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
AP DSC 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate will not be appointed as per the categories of the post mentioned in the table below till the candidate possesses the qualification mentioned below:
Those who have passed SSC Examination in the concerned medium or with the concerned Language as First Language will apply to the posts in the concerned medium and those who have passed the examination of Higher standards in the concerned language/medium can also apply to the posts in that medium.
Government orders issued time to time-related to the method of appointment and the authorities to make appointments will be applicable.
The qualifications mentioned for the post of School Assistants (Special Education) is mentioned prescribed in Column (2) below and the required certificate will be registered with RCI.
AP DSC 2023 Selection Process:
In connection to School Assistant (Physical Education) and Physical Education Teachers (PETs) selection, it will be based on the basis of combined marks attained in the Physical Efficiency Test Marks and APTET (20%), Written Test (TRT), weightage duly following the Provisions of Rule 22.
Merit list will be created on the basis of Written Marks and Weightage Marks. Total marks will be based by limiting to 100 (Hundred) only.

Exam Pattern:
The exam will be Computer Based Test. This test includes pre-examination work viz. registration of candidates, application processing, identification of test centers approved by the Technical Team of the Convener, management of Test Centers and generation of hall tickets followed by development of error- free question bank paper set and management, creation of awareness to the Candidate regarding CBT by conducting mock tests and preparatory test. The exam management consisted of digitization and secured transfer of the question paper to the test centers, test commencement, processing of scores and generation of ranks according to G.Os of the respective CETs.
Hall Ticket/Admit Card:
AP DSC 2023 Hall ticket will be issued by candidates mentioned by the Commissioner of School Education
