AP Model School Admission 2022: Andhra Pradesh Model School Admission for session 2022 is conducted by The Commissioner and Department of School Admission, Andhra Pradesh. They provide admission for class 6^th and the intermediate first year. APMS CET released a notification for class 6^th admission for session 2022. AP Model School Admission 2022 Application Form:

AP Model School Admission 2022 Application forms can be filled both online modes. The Head office will issue admission notifications online. The application form will be issued in July month. The last date of application form submission is till August. Publication of online applicants list by APCFSS and Communication to principals takes place in August month.

• Father and Mother name
• Gender
• Caste Category
• Education Details
• Parent’s Occupation
• Parent’s Annual Income
• Physical Ability (Phc/Vh/Hh/Oh %)
• Last Class percentage and School Name
• Details of School and Mandal seeking for admission
• Present and Permanent Residential Address of the student.

Application Fee:

• For Class 6^th – students who belong to General/BC category- Rs. 100/- and students who belong to SC/ST Category- Rs. 50/-
• For Intermediate 1^st year – students who belong to General/BC Category- Rs. 150/- and for SC/ST/PHC category Rs- 100/-

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Criteria:

• For Class 6^th OC/BC/SC-BC-C students must have age between 01/09/2009 to 31/08/2011 and for SC/ST students must have born between 01/09/2007 to 31/08/2011
• For Class 7^th OC/BC/SC-BC-C students must have age between 01/09/2008 to 31/08/2010  and for SC/ST students age is between 01/09/2006 to 31/08/2010
• For 8^th Class, OC/BC/SC-BC-C Students should have age between 01/09/2007 to 31/08/2008 and for SC/ST students age between 01/09/2005 to 31/08/2009
• For 9^th Class, OC/BC/SC-BC-C students must have age between 01/09/2006 to 31/08/2008 and for SC/ST Students must have age between 01/09/2004 to 31/08/2008

*As per admission guidelines Model schools take admission only of those students who have passed previous classes from recognize Board. Those students are eligible for admission on vacant seats of VII, VIII and IX classes into Model School.

• Students who are studying in Telugu/ English Medium are eligible to appear in the Entrance Test
• Parents Income must not be exceeding more than one lakh per annum.
• Candidates can apply for AP Model School to the district in which they belong

Exam Pattern:

• The question paper will be based on the previous class syllabus.
• Questions will be Multiple Choice.
• Time duration will be 2 hours.
• Total Marks will be 100.
• Question paper consist of four sections:
• Telugu- 25 marks
• Mathematics- 25 marks
• English- 25 marks
• Environmental Science- 25 marks
• Reservation for the candidates category wise are- OC- 50%, SC- 10%, ST-6%, BC-29%

AP Model School Exam Syllabus:

The Entrance Test syllabus will be based on the previous class syllabus. Candidates who are going to give 6^th class entrance exam will have to study 5^th class syllabus. So, the student is suggested to prepare according to the examination they are going to give.

Admit Card:

Admit Card for the entrance exam can be downloaded from the website. The head office will release a notification for the entrance test then they will notify for the admit card before that. It is mandatory to carry admit card with you at the time of examination. Students are not allowed in the entrance hall without admit card.

Result:

The entrance test result will be released online after the examination has been done. Students can check their passing status online through the official website. A merit list will be prepared according to the result declaration. Students can check their results by using the hall ticket number and date of birth as a password.

Answer Key:

The answer key will be uploading on the website by conducting authority. Students can check it and compare their answers according to the answer key. It will be easy to see their status of qualifying.  You can verify your answer with the displayed answer key.

Counseling and Selection

After that candidates will call for the admission process. Counseling session schedule will be displayed on the website and according to that student will call for further process. They are called at the centre they have applied for admission. Students are suggested to bring all required documents with them to complete the admission process.
