Assam GNM 2024: The Assam GNM entrance test will conduct by the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare in Assam, Rupnagar, and Guwahati to provide admission to the candidates for the reputed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) degree. The entrance test aims to provide entry to the GNM Nursing diploma program in medical colleges. Assam GNM 2024 Application Form:

Assam GNM 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

To seek admission to Assam GNM 2024, first, check the eligibility conditions. Here are the details:

• The applicant must be a citizen of India.
• The course applies only to women applicants.
• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and as proof of it, submit the resident certificate. However, daughters of wives/daughters of Assam government officials need not submit the residence certificate.
• The minimum age of the applicant should be 17 years as of January 1, 2024, and the maximum age must be 24 years. However, upper age restrictions will be given to the reserved category applicants.
• Applicants must have completed class XII from some recognized board.
• Those who have studied Arts (just in the vocational stream) may also apply for this exam.
• The minimum qualifying score is 40%.

Assam GNM 2024 Exam Pattern:

• There will be no negative marks
• The candidate will get 1 mark for every correct answer.
• The exam will be commenced in two languages English and Assamese.
• It is mandatory to complete the OMR sheet in the English language.
• Every segment consisted of 25 questions.

Admit Card:

The admit card/hall ticket is an important document to be carried along while moving to the examination center. Candidates won’t be allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card. Exam Result:

The result of Assam GNM 2024 will release on the official website. The result is based on the applicant’s performance in the exam. Based on the candidate’s performance, the merit list will be prepared. After the result, the counseling round will take place.

The merit list will consist of the names of the applicants who have cleared the test. Candidates will be contacted about the counseling round as per the names on the merit list.

Counseling:
