AYUSH Counselling 2023: Admission in AYUSH courses takes place through the scores of NEET, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The AYUSH Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) provides admission to AYUSH Courses overall in India. Through NEET counseling, candidates will get admission in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy courses to 15% of all India Quota seats in government colleges, central universities, national institutions, private colleges and 100% in Deemed Universities. The counseling was held in two rounds. Total 52,720 seats for 914 BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS and BNYS colleges through NEET Exam. To appear in the AYUSH counseling candidates first have to clear the NEET examination.

AYUSH Counselling 2023 Application Form:

After clearing the NEET examination candidates will get a chance to appear in the AYUSH counseling. Candidates can apply online for the counseling.

  • For registration, you will have to go through AACCC’s official website.
  • Register your name and phone number, and email id.
  • After this, you will get login details and by using your NEET UG roll number and new password.
  • Submit your credential and pay fees for counseling.
  • Candidates will get a choice to fill courses, and colleges’ preferences in order to admission.
  • Review your details before the final submission and then submit it.
  • Preferential choices in the form will go to the last rounds of the counseling procedure.

Application Fee:

Application fees are nonrefundable and nonadjustable.

For Government Colleges:

  • General/OBC- Rs. 1,000/-
  • SC/ST- Rs. 500/-

For Deemed Universities and Private Colleges:

  • All Category – Rs. 5,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have completed minimum age of 17 years as on 21st Dec 2023.
  • The maximum age criteria will be 25years and for the reserved category is 30 years.
  • Must have qualified NEET Examination of 2023.
  • Qualifying marks for the Gen- 50%, OBC/SC/ST- 40%, PWD- 45% (PCB)
  • There are no limits on the appearing number of attempts
  • Must have passed 12th or Equivalent level of qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics as the main subject from recognized Board.

AYUSH Counselling 2023:

After the NEET result declaration, there are following steps in the counseling rounds are as follows. There are 2 rounds of the counseling that takes place

  • Commencement of online registration takes place in between Nov-Dec
  • Application fees payment of counseling procedure.
  • Preferential Choice filling.
  • Seat allotment of the college’s list will be displayed on the website.
  • Documents verification and submission.
  • The candidate chooses to go with the seat allotted by the counselor and if not agree with that then go for the next round of counseling.
  • Candidates can choose to resign from the seat allotted and exit from the counseling procedure.
  • Reporting to the Allocated institution.
  • After the two rounds of the counseling there is a Mop-up round of the Counseling also there.

Documents required in the counseling are:

  • Class 12th and 10th mark sheet
  • High School and Intermediate Passing Certificate
  • NEET Result
  • NEET Admit Card
  • Eight passport size photograph
  • Valid ID proof such as an Adhaar card/ PAN card/ Driving license/ Passport
  • Category certificate
  • Disability certificate
  • Provisional allotment letter
  • Registration form of counseling
