AYUSH Counselling 2022: AYUSH is shortened for Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy along with six Indian systems of medicine spread and practiced all over India and some of the neighboring Asian countries and in some of the developed countries.
The second round started in the month of December and students might be confused regarding admission in undergraduate courses under AYUSH. Students also wanted to know all about the admission process. Given below is the information about Counselling for Under Graduate courses.
The counseling schedule released online on the official website. It is important for candidates to avail all information about counseling commenced by the Ministry of AYUSH. The registration process will begin online from the month of November. In regard to State Quota counselling, the candidates should approach the Education Department of the State or Central University of the State or any other Government Ayurvedic college for Counselling details inclusive of registration dates.
AYUSH Under Graduate and Post Graduate admission will be commenced on the basis of State Counselling as well as Centralized Counselling. The State Counselling will be for 85% seats and 15% seats for Centralized Counselling. The Centralized Counselling includes Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes.
Next, the counseling for all India quota seats of Private Institutes (other than Deemed University) will be commenced by counseling authority of the respective State/UT Government. The AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee or AACCC, Ministry of AYUSH is the authority for conducting Counselling for 15% seats.
