BEEE 2023: BEEE is an entrance examination that provides admission to courses such as B.Tech and B.Arch. The full form of BEEE is Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research and this university came into being in 1984 by the Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust. It is affiliated with Madras University and Anna University. The university aims at offering admission to eligible applicants into various courses such as engineering degree programmes. It has 4 campuses and three of them are located in Chennai and 1 is situated in Puducherry.

BEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech:
- To seek admission in B.Tech, the candidate must have completed 10+2 or its equivalent exam from India.
- Candidates must have acquired at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology
- The minimum age to apply is 25 years as of 1st July of the year in which admission is sought.
- Admission will be provided on the basis of performance in the BEEE entrance test.
B.Arch:
- Candidate must have completed 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Exam or equivalent with Maths as a subject of examinations at class XII level.
- The minimum aggregate is 50% in class XII
- The minimum age to apply is 25 years as of 1st July of the year in which admission is sought.
- Candidates need to clear the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) commenced by the Council of Architecture.
BEEE 2023 Application Process:
After you have checked the eligibility criteria for admission, start the application process. Here are the related details:
- The application form will be released in both offline and online mode both.
- The application form will be released in their respective institutes.
Steps to fill the Application Form:
First STEP – Registration:
- Register before filling the application form. To register enter the details such as Name, Email Address, Gender, State, Contact information and then click ‘Submit’ to register. Candidates will receive an email on their registered email ID for verification. Make sure to verify the link received on the registered email ID.
Second STEP – Application Form (Online):
- Now, start filling the application form with details such as name, parents name, date of birth, nationality, mother tongue, religion, gender, parent’s occupation, physically challenged or not, etc. After this, click the Save application and move further
- Once you are done with the personal details, provide information such as the name of the course and choices of the branch. Then click the Save button and move ahead.
- In the next step, enter the contact details such as a complete address, pin code, contact info, state, and email ID etc. Save this information and take another step.
- Fill the academic information such as Class X and XII scores, board, school name, and year of passing and so on. Click Save and then move forward.
- Now, candidates will provide the preference of exam, exam center, and optional subjects. Click Save button and move ahead.
STEP#3 – Upload Documents:
IN step 3, you will upload the documents such as passport size photo and signature in the prescribed format.
- Passport size photograph – less than 200KB size, dimension of 3.5×4.5 cm and in JPG format.
- Signature – Less than 200KB size with the dimension of 3.5×1.5cm and in JPG format.
STEP#4- Application Fee Submissions:
- Pay the application fee via online mode such as Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.

STEP#5 – Generation of BEEE Application Number:
After paying the amount, submit the application form. An alphanumeric application number will be generated. Candidates will use this number for future correspondence till the admission process comes to an end.

Pay the fee via offline/online mode. The application fee amount is ₹ 1000 for all categories.

Exam Pattern:
The entrance test will be commenced in both online mode and offline mode. The examination pattern of BEEE 2023 will provide help to the applicants to avail all the information such as a number of questions, arrangement of questions, marking scheme and topics to be covered in the exam.

Those who have submitted the application form successfully will receive the admit card. Download the admit card by entering the correct details. The admit card consisted of personal and exam details. Those who appear in the test can check the result on the website by signing on the official website. Use the login credentials to sign in to the website. Download the results and take a print for further reference. The result provides the details such as marks scored in the test etc.
Counselling:
The counseling process will take place in offline mode. Those who have cleared the test will appear for counseling at BIHER Chennai Campus. The counseling process will initiate in providing the seats in B.Tech degree programmes. Documents verification will also take place during counseling. Here are documents needed for counseling:
