Qualification and Experience:
- Assistant Director (Administration) for Legal: Candidate must be possessed with a Degree in Law from a recognized university/Bachelor of law and 3 years experience in the relevant field in Central/State/Union Territory Government or Statutory/Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertaking/reputed Government agency.
- Assistant Director (Finance): Candidate must have done Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Works Accountant/ Subordinate Accounts Service Accountant/ Master of Business Administration (with finance specialization) from a recognized university/ All India Council for Technical Education approved Institution. Along with this, the applicant must have experience of 3 years in the relevant in Central/ State/ Union Territory Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ reputed Government agency.
- Assistant Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): It is essential to must have completed MBA (Marketing) or Master‘s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication or Master‘s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from a recognized University/Institution; and Five years’ experience in the field of Marketing / Mass Communication / Social Work in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ reputed Government agency.
- Assistant Director (Library): For this post, the minimum qualification is Master’s Degree (Post Graduate Degree) in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institution or candidate must have done Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institution. Along with this, the applicant must have experience of minimum 5 years in a library under Central Government/ State Government/ Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking/ recognized University/Institute.
- Assistant Section Officer: Applicant must be a graduate from some recognized University or equivalent Computer Proficiency Test. In addition to this, the candidate should be proficient at least up to Level-6 of the National Skill Qualification Framework.
- Personal Assistant: Applicant must be possessed with the degree from some recognized University and must have cleared Computer Proficiency Test. The proficiency level for at least up to Level-6 of National Skill Qualification Framework along with the knowledge of Shorthand test in English/Hindi dictation test at 100 WPM for 7 minutes
- Junior Translator (Hindi): To apply for this post, the candidate must have done post-graduation from the recognized University in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level or Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree from the recognized University in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree level or Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at the Degree level or Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree of a recognized University in any subject with English/Hindi medium and Hindi/English as subjects at the Degree level. Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa. Along with this, the candidate must have 2 years experience of terminological work in Hindi or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa preferably of technical or scientific literature
- Library Assistant: The minimum qualification is graduation with a recognized Diploma in Library Science with 3 years experience.
- Stenographer: Candidate must have done graduation from a recognized University. In addition to this, the candidate must have Computer Proficiency Test and Shorthand Test and must have proficiency up to Level-6 of the National Skill Qualification Framework.
- Senior Secretariat Assistant: Applicant must be possessed with the degree of graduation from some recognized University. Candidate must have cleared the Qualifying Skill Test in Computer Proficiency
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Applicant must be possessed with the Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University along with proficiency up to Level-6 of National Skill Qualification Framework. There will be Computer Proficiency Test and Typing Speed Test.
