CDAC C-CAT 2023 Application Form:
The CDAC C-CAT Application Form will be released in December 2022. The candidate needs to fill the application form with the correct details as incorrect details may lead to cancellation.

- Go to the official website at – cdac.in
- click the registration link. During registration, enter details such as Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and Confirm Password.
- Fill the application form for CDAC C-CAT. Fill all the personal and qualifying degree Info
- Upload the required documents according to the specifications mentioned.
- Make a payment of the application fee of Rs 600/- which has to be paid via online mode.
- Take a print of the application form and submit it.

General Eligibility Criteria:
- There is no specific age limit to apply
- Those who are in their final year of the qualifying degree may apply for the examination.
Course-Specific Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility for Diploma in Advanced Computing:
- Candidate must have done Engineering of any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
OR
- Must have acquired Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics with minimum 50% marks.
OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Management with graduation in IT or Computer Science/Applications, with minimum 50% marks.
OR
- The candidate must have done MCA or MCM with a minimum of 50% marks.
Eligibility for Diploma in Mobile Computing Course:
- Candidate must be a graduate in Engineering in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Instrumentation with at least 50% marks.
OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mathematics, Statistics, with at least 50% marks.
OR
- Candidate must have done successfully completed MCA with at least 50% marks.
Eligibility for Diploma in Big Data Analytics:
- Candidate must have done graduation in Engineering in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, and Instrumentation with minimum 55% marks

CDAC C-CAT 2023 Exam Pattern:
Candidates must check the exam pattern to appear in the examination mentioned below:
- The exam will be commenced in the online mode.
- The candidate needs to complete per paper in a duration of 1 hour.
- The Paper will have Objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
- The Paper will consist of 15o questions per paper.
- The candidate will receive 3 marks for every correct answer.
- There will be a deduction of 1 mark for every correct answer.

Admit Card:
Candidates will receive an admit card/hall ticket to appear for the CDAC C-CAT exam. The admit card can be acquired from the online mode. To download the admit card use login credentials. The admit card will consist of several details such as the candidate’s name, address, contact info, details about exam day/date/venue. It is crucial to take a print of the admit card for further reference.
CDAC C-CAT 2023 Result:
Candidates can check the exam result using the official website. Use login credentials to check the result. It is important to note that those who have scored less than 10% performances in CDAC C-CAT will not be qualified for ranking. After the removal of the lowest 10% of candidates, if candidates exist with zero or less than zero marks, they will also not be considered applicable.
Tie-Breaking: If two or more candidates receive similar marks in the entrance exam, then the following factors will help further:
- An applicant with a higher value in the ratio of ‘number of correct answers/number of attempted questions will be provided with the higher rank
- If the tie fails to break then applicants with the same CDAC C-CAT 2023 marks will be provided with the same rank.
Counselling Process:
There will be counseling process after the release of the result. Those who have successfully qualified the examination will have to login and fill out the choices of college and course according to preferences in the online mode. The choice filling is available for the first two rounds. The third round will lead to seat allocation according to the choices filled. Seat allotment will be done according to the ranks achieved and seat availability. During the second round, those who are not allotted or confirmed for admission can fill their preferences for the vacant seats. After allotment, the candidates will pay the course fee via online mode.
