CEE Kerala LLB 2022 Application Form:
The first and the most important thing you are expected to do to fetch the application form from the official website. By fetching the application form, you are applying for the desired course. Fill all the details in fields such as Name, Date of Birth, Email, Category, etc. After entering all the details, check the filled information at least twice. You need to make an online payment for the application fee then only the application process comes to an end. Keep Application Form Number and Password safely for further use.
Application fee:
Online payment can be done Debit card/ credit card or can also download SBI Challan and pay at any SBI branch. Candidates belonging to the General and SEBC candidates’ category will pay Rs 600 and SC/ ST category applicants will pay Rs 300.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
- The applicant must be of 17 years
- Candidate must have successfully completed Higher Secondary Examination from the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or some other related examination from the recognized Universities in Kerala
- Those who are appearing/ appeared in the qualifying exam may also apply for the Entrance Examination.
- Applicant must have qualified the examination with at least 45% marks in the Entrance Test. Socially and Educationally Backward category applicants must have acquired at least 42% and Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes only 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
CEE Kerala LLB 2022Exam Pattern:
Usually, the examination takes place in the month of July every year. The exam pattern is given below for avoiding any confusion:
- The exam will be consisted of 200 objective type questions
- Paper will be for 600 marks
- The candidate needs to complete the paper in a duration of 180 minutes.
- There will be a deduction of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.
- The candidate will receive 3 marks for every correct answer
Check the marks distribution:
- Subjects such as General English will be consisted of 65 questions.
- General Knowledge will also have 65 questions.
- Aptitude for Legal Studies will also have 70 questions.
Exam Syllabus:

- General English: Synonyms, Antonyms, Foreign Words/Phrase, Para Jumbles, Reading Comprehension, Word Usage, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Inference-based questions
- General Knowledge: Current affairs, Eminent personalities, Sports, Awards and honors, International events, UN bodies, Major developments in the areas of sports, geopolitics and important environmental agreements
- Aptitude for Legal Studies: This subject covers topics such as Contracts and Constitutional Law, International Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Legal Awareness covering Constitutional Law and Polity, Law of Torts, Vicarious Liability, Strict Liability, and Law of Crimes
Admit Card/Hall Ticket:
The registered applicants will be able to collect admit card from the official website. Download the admit card by entering login Id and password. The admit card will have important information such as name, address and other personal details. In addition to this, exam related information such as exam day/date/time/venue will also be there in the admit card. Candidate must carry their admit card to the exam venue. Download the admit card and take a print for further use.
Admission Process:
- Admission to CEE Kerala LLB 2022 based on the merit assessed in the entrance exam.
- The allotment to the courses for all categories will be made via the Centralized Allotment Process which is a Single Window System (SWS)
- This allotment will give admission to LLB course in the Government Law Colleges and Government Merit seats in Private Self Financing colleges
- The Single Window System of Admissions for the LLB course will be done by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala with the help of technical support of the National Informatics Centre (NIC)
Documents Needed for admission:
- Data sheet
- Allotment memo by CEE
- DOB proof in original
- Qualifying exam mark list, pass certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Conduct Certificate from the institution last studied from
- Passport size photograph
- Relieving order, certificate of good conduct from Head of the institution of employment (if the candidate was employed or trainee in Government/Quasi-Government/Banks)
- “Eligibility Certificate” from university in Kerala to prove that qualifying examination has been recognized by University if the candidate passed the qualifying examination from Universities/Boards outside Kerala.
- Migration certificate
- Originals of all the uploaded documents/certificates
- Any other certificates/documents required.
Tie-Breaking:
- In case of a tie, then a candidate who has scored better marks in the ‘Aptitude for Legal Studies’ section may get the seat.
- Even if then also tie persists, then-candidate with higher marks in the ‘English’ section of the Kerala Law Entrance Exam 2022 will get the seat.
- Even after this tie fails to solve then-candidate of older age will seek the seat.
Answer Key:
The answer key will be released a few days after the exam gets over. Candidates will come to know about the answers given by them in the paper. The answer keys will be released via online mode using the official website. This will help applicants in getting an idea of the scores they are going to receive in the exam. However, in case of any complaint regarding the answer keys, the candidate can submit the complaint to the CEE along with the documents asked for and a fee of Rs.100/- per question paid via DD in favour of CEE, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, within 5 days from the date of publication of answer keys.
Result:
The result will be announced in PDF format. There will be the release of a separate category-wise merit/rank lists for SEBC/SC/ST, special reservation, the person with a disability. If the candidate has any issue regarding results, may contact the Office of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
