It is commenced by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) for those who are willing to get the job of lecturer or Assistant Lecturer in the desirable colleges and universities located in Chhattisgarh. CG SET 2022 Application Form:

• Go to the official website to collect the application fee.
• Get yourself registered by submitting the required details in the required field.
• After registration, press the link of “Apply here for CG SET Exam” option provided on the official website page.
• Make the payment of the application fee via online mode.
• After filling the details, submit it, make sure to take the print out for future use.

Application Fee:

• For General and OBC/SBC category candidates, the application fee will be Rs. 650/-
• For OBC/SBC categories, the application fee will be Rs. 350/-
• For SC/ST/PH categories, the application fee will be Rs. 200/-

Mode of Payment: Candidates can make the payment of the application fee via online mode by E-Mitra Kiosk, C.S.C. Center authorized by the Chhattisgarh Government.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Those who have successfully attained 55% marks and have done a degree of post-graduation from some recognized university/institute can apply for the examination.
• Those who belong to the reserved category will seek 5% relaxation and those who are appearing in Master’s Degree in final year examination or whose qualifying examination is delayed or whose result is still awaited can also apply for the exam.
• There will be no age limit to apply.

Exam Pattern:

CG SET will consist of three papers which are scheduled for two different sections:

Session I:

• Paper I will be of 100 marks: There will be 60 questions and the candidate will attempt 50 questions in the duration of an hour.
• Paper II will be of 100 marks: There will be 50 questions and all are mandatory to attempt in an hour.

Session II:

Paper III will be of 150 marks: All 75 questions are mandatory to attempt in the duration of 2 hours.

Admit Card:

• Candidates will receive admit cards 10 or 15 days prior to the day of examination. It can be acquired from the official website and those who successfully submit the Application Form can fetch it. This is an important document that every candidate should carry at the exam center along with other important documents.
• To download the admit card, the applicant will fill the name and DOB.
• Admit card contains information such as the Name, Time, Exam Date, Examination Center, etc. of the applicant.

Answer Key:

After the exam gets over, the candidate will collect the answer key from the official website. Download the answer key via online mode and it contains all the correct answers to questions asked in the examination. The answer key will help in calculating and estimating the marks.

CG SET Exam Result:

Collect the result of the examination from the official website. Check the results from the official website. Exam result will be declared and based on the marls obtained in the examination; applicants will be able to seek the post of Assistant Professor or to offers them JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) in the colleges and University of Chhattisgarh state.
