Chhattisgarh M.Tech Admission 2024: Admission to the M.Tech course in Chhattisgarh is based on a candidate’s GATE Score through its counselling procedure. All the GATE-qualified candidates are required to apply for admissions by filling the application form for CG M.Tech Admission. The counselling process for is expected to start in the month of July.

Call letters to the candidates are not sent to the candidates individually for attending the counselling, by the authority. The candidates are advised to visit the newspaper and the post on the official website.

Chhattisgarh M.Tech 2024 Application Form:

All the candidates are desirous to pursue their M.Tech. Course in Chhattisgarh needs to fill up the application form for the CG M.Tech. 2024 and submit. The candidates can apply through online mode after paying the counselling fee of Rs.500/-

The candidates have to first register themselves through email with their email id and mobile number at the official examination portal. Then the candidates shall receive a unique application number and password. Using those credentials, the candidates should login to the official website. Then they have to fill up the required details such as personal details and academic details etc. Then the candidates are required to enter their choice for courses and college as well as of counselling. Then only they should submit their application form.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicant must have cleared the GATE Exam
  • Candidate must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • Applicant must be possessed with a Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech. from some recognized Institute/University with at least 50% marks while 40% marks for reserved category applicants
  • The appropriate age limit to apply for the exam is 40 years.

Chhattisgarh M.Tech Selection Process:

The application forms filled up by the aspiring candidates for admission to Chhattisgarh M.Tech 2024 are scrutinized for checking all the eligibility criteria. Only eligible candidates are allowed to participate in this examination. There are certain sets of rules and conditions specified by the authorities of examination who shall verify the eligibility of candidates by means of these rules. Then the eligible candidate’s merit list is announced according to their rank in the examination. Then after verification of the relevant documents in original, they are required to pay the admission fee for confirming their admission.

CG M.Tech. Counselling Process:

The Chhattisgarh M.Tech. Admission 2024 counselling would be conducted in the month of July 2024. The counselling would be held in three rounds. The process would include a document verification round where the original documents of the candidates shall be verified by the competent authority. Then the candidates would be allotted seats in the Institutes. Then the candidates are required to pay the admission fee for confirmation of the allotted seat before the last day and report to the allotted Institute at the specified date and time. The counselling process shall thus be completed in the month of August 2024.

Note: The aspiring candidates are advised to keep the following documents ready in original before being called for the counselling process:

  • Domicile Certificate
  • Permanent Cast Certificate (temporary certificate is not accepted)
  • Mark sheet of 10th examination (as a birth certificate)
  • Mark sheet of having passed the graduation examination or its equivalent examination
  • Certificate of being handicapped (if applicable)
