CTET 2023: The teacher is the one who brings us real inspiration for achieving success. Those who want to become teachers in government-based schools can apply for CTET 2023. After passing the examination, candidates can apply for jobs in the central government (such as NVS, KV, and Central Tibetan Schools, among others), schools owned and managed by state governments or local governments, unaided private schools, and aided schools under UTs. CTET stands for Central Teachers Eligibility Test, which is an examination that every aspirant needs to go through if they want to make a career in the teaching profession. The examination takes place twice in one year. The release of the notification starts in January 2023.

CTET 2023 Application Form:
To apply for the CTET 2023, follow the below-mentioned steps:
- First of all, sign on to the official website, www.ctet.nic.in.
- Then move to the link ‘Apply Online.”
- Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.
- Upload the latest scanned photograph (10 to 100 KB) and Signature (3 to 30 KB).
- Then make the payment for the application form via credit, debit, or e-challan.
- Make sure that you take a printout of the application form for further ease.
Fee Structure & Mode of Payment:
- Those who go for Paper I or Paper II need to make a payment of Rs.1000/- if belonging to the General category. The cost of the application fee is Rs.600/- is belonging to SC/ST category
- Those who will take Paper I and Paper II both need to make a payment of Rs 1200 if belonging to the General category and Rs.600/- for those belonging to the SC and ST category
- The mode of payment of the CTET Application Form 2023 is decided as the credit card, debit card, or e-challan, in Canara and Syndicate Bank.
- Before going to apply the candidate must know the instructions carefully by visiting the official website i.e www.deecetap.cgg.gov.in Eligible candidates should apply online only, there is no other mode to apply.

CTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Only those who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria can apply for the examination:
Age:
There is no age limit for CTET Exam.
For Primary (I to V):
- The candidate must have attained a 50% aggregate in senior secondary. Those who are pursuing their 2-year diploma and are in their 2nd/4th year can apply
- Those who have attained 45% in senior secondary or pursuing II year diploma as per the NCTE regulations can apply for the CTET 2023 examination.
For Elementary (VI to VIII):
Those who have completed their graduation with minimum possible 50% marks or those who have passed B. Ed or 2 years diploma/ 2-year diploma as prescribed by NCTE regulations can apply for the test
CTET 2023 Exam Pattern:
- The questions in the paper will appear in the Multiple Choice Questions Format.
- The time duration for attempting the examination will be for two and a half hours for Paper I and the other 2 and a half hours for Paper II.
- Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
- +1 mark will be given for each correct answer.
- There will be no negative marking according to the marking scheme.

Admit Card:
The CTET Exam 2023 Admit Card will be released on the official website. To avail of the admission card, one needs to download it using the online process. There is no proviso for sending the admit card via post; thus, collect it using the online mode. Thus, click the official website and enter the registration number and DOB to download the admit card.
Steps to download the CTET Admit Card 2023:
- First, go to the official website of CTE, i.e., www.ctet.nic.in.
- After that, click on the tab “CTET July Admit Card 2023”.
- A new window will open, and the candidate needs to enter the requested details, including registration number, date of birth, and password.
- Submit the details online, and the CTET Admit Card will be available on the screen.
- Check the information that will be given on the admit card and download it.
- At last, print the admission card.
Answer Key:
After the exam authority will be published the answer key on the official website, which will be a scanned image of the OMR sheet. It’s easy for candidates to match their answers with CTET Official Answer Key. Only registered users can access this answer key, they need to log in ID and Password to access the CTET 2023 Answer Key.
Result & Cut OFF:
The results will be announced via online mode only. There will be no proviso for sending a scorecard, just click the official website and check the results. The result will show the name, roll number, marks, exam center, and lots more. A piece of advice is to take a printout for future help. 60% Marks is a minimum for qualifying for the CTET Exam. This score will be valid for seven years.
