DAV PG College Dehradun Admission 2023 Application Form:

The admission to the college is based on the merit and the merit of admission will be based on the marks scored in the last qualifying examination. Those who have scored at least 50% marks may get names on the merit list. 90% of seats are available for the domicile holder of Uttarakhand and 10% for others. To apply for the desired course, fill the application form and submit it before the last date. Candidates can apply offline to apply for the courses. There are two ways to apply the mentioned below:

Online Registration Process:

• First, visit the official website.
• Then click on the tab “registration”
• Fill in all the basic details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, course interested in, etc.
• Check the form carefully and then click on the submit button
• Once this is done, you will receive a message of successful registration and will receive the registration number
• If a candidate’s name is on the first merit list then it is fine, otherwise, applicants have to wait for the second list.
• Get done with the online payment via sources such as Credit/Debit card and Net Banking.

Offline Registration Process:

1. The candidate will visit the college to fetch the application form.
2. Fill all the compulsory details in the application form.
3. Make application fee payment via the online State Bank of India or Central Bank of India.
4. Submit your application form duly filled with all the details and attach the documents asked for.

• Under BA, specialization provided includes Drawing and Painting Economics, Education, English Literature, Geography, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Sanskrit, Psychology, Sociology, Statistic, and Indian Classical Music. To apply for any of these specializations, the applicant must have successfully completed class XII or equivalent from some recognized board with at least 40% marks.
• To apply for B.Com, the applicant must have successfully completed Class XII in commerce stream or equivalent.
• Under B.Sc, specialization provided includes Economics, Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology, and Statistics. To apply in any of them, the applicant must have successfully completed class XII in Science stream with at least 50% marks.
• To apply for LLB, the candidate must be a graduate in the Relevant Discipline
• To apply for B.Ed, the candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a Recognized Board
• If you are interested in higher education and wanted to do an MA in Drawing, Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Sanskrit, Psychology, Sociology, and Statistics then you must have done graduation in a specific discipline from a recognized board
• To do M.Sc in Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology, and Statistics, the candidate must have done graduation in the Science stream from a recognized university
• For M.Com, the basic eligibility is the degree of graduation in Commerce from a recognized university/college

Important to Note:  5% marks relaxation will be provided to the reserved category applicants
