DU Admission 2024 Application Form:

The application form of DU Admission 2024 is most likely to release in July 2024. The candidates can get information regarding important dates from official sources. How to apply for Delhi University 2024

The candidates who want to apply for Delhi University must first get the proper information regarding the course they want to apply for and the different eligibility requirements for that course. The application form will be available online on the official website of the institution. The steps to apply for the application form are given below.

• First, open the official website of Delhi University.
• Click on “apply online”
• After that select the course you want to apply for.
• Enter all the information asked in the application form like name, date of birth, father’s name, etc.
• A mail or SMS will be sent to the candidate containing the registration number and password.
• Login using those details.
• Fill in the rest of the information asked in the form.
• Submit your application fee.
• Take out the printout of the application form for future reference.

Application Fees:

The application fees need to be submitted through online mode by debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.

• For undergraduate and post-graduation courses (entrance based):- the fee for the course is Rs. 750 for UR/OBC categories and SC/ST/PWD is Rs. 300/-.
• For undergraduate courses (merit-based):- the fee for the course is Rs. 250 for UR/OBC categories and SC/ST/PWD is Rs. 100/-.

Eligibility Criteria:

For UG:

• The candidate must have passed 12^th from a recognized board.
• There are no age criteria except for those specified by the regulatory bodies like MCI, AICTE, BCI, etc for their specific examination.

For PG:

• The candidates who have done graduation from a recognized university and are eligible can apply for PG.
• No age criteria

Exam Pattern:

An entrance exam will be conducted for admission. The candidates will be shortlisted based on that. The exam pattern depends on the course you are applying for. The general information regarding that is given below.

• Mode of exam: offline
• Time duration: 2 hours
• Types of question: objective-based
• Total questions: 100
• Marking pattern: 4 marks for the correct answer and 1 mark for an incorrect answer.

Syllabus:

The syllabus is different for different courses the candidate is applying for. The sections need to study for them are given below.

• Bachelor in Management Studies (BMS)/ BA (Hons) Business Economics/ BBA (FIA): General English, Quantitative Ability, Business, and General Awareness, Reasoning and Analytical Ability
• B.Tech (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovation): Mathematics, Reasoning and Analytical abilities
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.): Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science
• BA (Honors) in Multimedia and Mass Communication: Media Awareness, General Awareness, Current Affairs, Analytical skills, English Comprehension, and Grammar.

DU 2024 Admit Card:

The admit card will be available on the official website. It won’t be sent to the candidate through the post. Candidates can download it from the official site of Delhi University. It will be released a few days before the examination. The candidates need to read the guidelines before downloading the admit card and it can be download using the application number and password/date of birth. The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall with some valid identity proof.

DU 2024 Result:

The result would be declared on the official website of the exam conducting authority. The list of candidates who are eligible for admission to Delhi University will be released on the official site.
