DU SOL 2023 Eligibility Criteria – UG:
The University of Delhi (DU) schools of open learning (SOL) program eligibility for different courses are as follows:
- BA Hons English – the aspirant must have an Aggregate of 65% in any one of the qualifying examinations with 75% in English Core or 65% in English Elective/ Functional English (at least with 1 language (only English) + 3 academic subjects. Vocational stream is not allowed).
- Com Hons – the aspirant must have an Aggregate of 55%, or 60% Aggregate of the vocational/technical stream with commerce.
- BA Hons, Political Science – the aspirant must have an Aggregate of 50 in any one of the qualifying examinations at least with one language plus three academic subjects (vocational stream is not allowed).
- BA and B.Com – the aspirant must have an Aggregate of 40% or above marks in aggregate at 10+2 examination (in the case of CBSE and NIOS best 5 subject and other board marks obtained considered for aggregate.
Eligibility criteria – Postgraduate:
- For M.A. (Hindi): The aspirant must have done B.A. (Hons) Hindi from the Delhi University with an aggregate of 65% for the general category, 58.5% for OBC, & admission for SC/ST/PWD/CW category candidate will be done according to university rules.
- For M.A. (History): The aspirant must have done B.A. (Hons.) examination in history from the Delhi University with an aggregate of 60% marks.
- For M.A (Political Science): The aspirant must have done A. (Hons.) in political science from Delhi University with an aggregate of 60% marks or above.
- For M.A. (Sanskrit): The aspirant must have done A (Hons) Sanskrit only from the University of Delhi with an aggregate of 60% marks for the general category, 54% marks for OBC candidates and admission for SC/ST/ PWD category candidates will be done as per university rules.
- For M.Com: The aspirant must have done B.com with 65% in aggregate for general category, 58.5% for OBC category, and 60% for CW and PWD category candidates.
DU SOL Application Fee:
The application fee can be paid through online mode by net banking/ debit card/ credit card. The fee structure for different courses is given below:
- General category: Rs. 750/-
- SC/ST/PWD: Rs. 300/-

DU SOL 2023 Admit Card:
The DU SOL 2023 admit card will be released through the official website. The admit card will have details like examination roll no, examination Centre of the candidate. Admit card is usually available one to two weeks prior to the examination. It is necessary for each candidate to carry the admit card along with them to the examination hall. In case of issue related to admit card, the student can approach the office of the School of Open Learning.
How to Download SOL Admit Card:

- Select the link for downloading the admit card.
- Enter the registration number and password/ birth date.
- The admit card will be displayed on the screen.

DU SOL Result 2023:
The DU Result will be Declared online. Candidates who qualify the entrance test can check their name in the result of DU SOL 2020. Those who qualified for the test will be invited for the counseling of DU SOL 2023.
