The Application process is an online and offline process. Both the ways are explained below:
The maximum age limit will be 23 years. Those who belong to India can apply for the entrance test no matter the geographical location. Candidates are required to have completed higher secondary in the Science stream and any of the equivalent exams will be considered valid.
Those who are applying for Lateral B.Tech. course need to have a degree of 3-year Diploma in Engineering which needs to be approved by the Board of Technical Education. Those who have 50% marks in B.Sc. with Mathematics can apply for the entrance test.
ENAT Examination Pattern comprises many details such as time span. Candidates need to complete the entire question paper in 180 minutes. The question paper will have 4 different sections. Physics and Chemistry sections will have 60 questions each. The mathematics section comprises 80 questions, English and Aptitude consisted of 40 questions.
However, the question paper for Lateral Entry to B.Tech is a little different. This paper will have 2 sections. Section 1 is based on the first-year Diploma Level with 60 questions each. Section 2 is the second-year diploma level with 40 questions. Those who have B.Sc. in Maths have to go through the different paper patterns. Their paper comprises of 70 questions in Maths subject and 30 in Communication Skills.
