Educational Qualification Requirements for FACT Jobs 2022:

1. Assistant General Manager (Design – Civil) –the candidate must have a Degree in Civil Engineering with 13 years of full-time executive experience in the design of industrial and process structures. M. Tech in Structural Design is desirable.
2. Senior Manager (Design Mechanical) Piping – the candidate must have Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 09 years of full-time experience in the piping design of the processor oil industries in engineering consultancy
3. Senior Manager (Design Mechanical) – PCE – the candidate must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 09 years of full-time experience in process combustion equipment design
4. For Senior Manager (Design Electrical) –  the candidate must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering with 09 years of full-time executive experience in Electrical design of Process/Oil industries in an engineering consultancy firm
5. Senior Manager (Human Resources) – the candidate must have done Full Time Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial relations or labor welfare or social work of 2 years.
6. Senior Manager (Materials) – the candidate must have done Engineering or Post Graduation full time in any discipline. Full time 02 years post-graduate diploma in management with 09 years of experience in materials functions.
7. Management Trainee (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Computer Sciences, Fire & Safety, Marketing, Human Resources, Materials) – the candidate must have done Full-Time Bachelors Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university or institution
8. Nurse – the candidate must have Passed 10th Class and have a Diploma in Nursing with State Registration. Candidate should have a Minimum of 03 years experience in the emergency/ casualty department or ICC unit of a reputed hospital or occupational health center. We should be capable of operating electromedical equipment.
9. Canteen Supervisor – the candidate must have passed 10th Class with Diploma/Certificate in catering of minimum one-year duration and 05 years experience in Canteen or hotel administration

 Age Criteria:

The minimum, as well as maximum age limits for FACT Management Trainee/ Officer/ Craftsman/ Stenographer/ Technician/ other posts, are as follows:
