FACT Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Those who are applying for FACT 2023 ensure to go through the eligibility criteria given below:

• If you are applying for Assistant General Manager (Design – Civil) then you must have attained a degree in Civil Engineering with 13 years experience of an executive in industrial and process structures. M. Tech in Structural Design is preferable.
• To apply for the post of Senior Manager (Design Mechanical) piping candidate must be possessed with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 09 years of full-time experience in the piping design of the processor oil industries in engineering consultancy.
• To apply for Senior Manager (Materials), the candidate must have done Engineering or Post Graduation in any discipline. Candidate must possess a degree of 02 years post-graduate diploma in management with at least 09 years of experience in materials functions.
• To apply for Management Trainee (Computer Sciences, Chemical, Instrumentation, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, Marketing, Human Resources, Materials) candidate must have attained with graduation degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks from some recognized university or institution
• If you are applying for the Senior Manager (Design Mechanical) – PCE, then you must be possessed with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 09 years of experience in process combustion equipment design
• To apply for Senior Manager (Design Electrical), the candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with 09 experience of the executive in Electrical design of Process/Oil industries in an engineering consultancy firm
• If you wanted to apply for Senior Manager (Human Resources) then you must have successfully Post Graduation in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial relations or labor welfare or social work of 2 years.
• To apply for the post of Nurse, the candidate must have passed class 10th and possess a diploma in Nursing with State Registration. Candidate must have at least 03 years experience in the casualty department/emergency or ICC unit of a reputed hospital or occupational health center. Candidate should be capable of operating electromedical equipment.
• To apply for the post of canteen supervisor, the candidate must have successfully completed class X with a one-year Diploma/Certificate in catering course and 05 years experience in Canteen or hotel administration
