FTII Admission 2023: Those who are passionate about acting can now attain the opportunity to seek the complete course from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). This examination offers admission to the candidates in different courses offered by FTII as well as SRFTI. FTII provides admission to candidates into various programmes that appear on TV and Film. FTII 2023 will be an offline examination and only deserving candidates can seek admission. The results of the examination decide the other proceedings ahead. Those who are eager to apply for FTII 2023 are required to fill the application form using the online mode. It is important to take the print out of the admission form for fulfilling further needs.

FTII JET2023 Application form:

The FTII JET Application Form will be available in the month of December in the year 2023. Fill the application form using an online medium. Make sure for filling the details in the application form carefully otherwise exam may lead to cancellation. Upload the recent colored-sized photo, scan the photo, signature as well as other required documents. Prior you submit the application form, take a printout of the declaration slip.

FTII Application Fee:

There is a requirement to pay the application fee as per the category of the candidates. Those who belong to the General category and OBC category are required to pay Rs. 4000/- and Rs. 1250 for those belonging to PWD, SC, and ST categories. You can pay the examination fee using the online mode. You can also use online modes such as debit card, credit card, and e-banking facilities for paying the amount of application fee.

Eligibility Criteria:

Check the eligibility criteria before you apply for the Film and Television Institute of India 2023 examination. Candidate must have done graduation from a recognized university to apply for the PG Diploma in Direction & Screenplay Writing/ Editing/ Acting/Cinematography. Candidate must have done graduation from Physics subject at 10+2 level if applying for PG Diploma in Sound Recording and Sound Design.

Sound recording & Sound Design	Bachelor’s Degree in any Subject with Physics at 12th level.
Art Direction & Production Design	Candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, applied arts, painting, sculpture, interior design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent diploma in any of the above.

Exam Pattern:

FTII JET Examination will take place in offline mode. Candidates are required to complete the question paper in the duration of 180 minutes.

The question paper will appear in both the languages English and Hindi. The questions will reach to the candidates in an objective type pattern. The total marks of the question paper will be 100.

FTII Syllabus:

The syllabus of FTII 2023 contains questions based on general Maths as well as General Knowledge. Although, there will be no specific syllabus for the entrance test of FTII students have to be well versed in skill-based and performing art subjects. Also, ensure for having complete knowledge about socio-economic developments such as countries and happenings, awards and recognition, etc.

Admit Card:

• The admit card for appearing in FTII 2023 examination can be fetched in the month of February.
• The admit card can be easily collected from an online mode using the official website.
• The admit card comprises of details such as the name of the candidate, roll number, examination date, Exam venue, etc.
• Candidates are required to carry their respective admit cards while moving to appear in the examination.

Exam Results:

• The examination result will be released through online mode.
• Most probably exam results will be released in the month of March.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for seeking admission in the exam by attaining the appropriate marks.
• Make sure for seeking the print out of the result for further reference.

FTII Admission 2023 Process:

The selection of the candidates is based on the scores attained in the entrance test. Carry all the original documents/photocopied documents before appearing for counseling. The rounds like Interviews and workshops will be mandatory for qualified candidates.
