The FTII JET Application Form will be available in the month of December in the year 2023. Fill the application form using an online medium. Make sure for filling the details in the application form carefully otherwise exam may lead to cancellation. Upload the recent colored-sized photo, scan the photo, signature as well as other required documents. Prior you submit the application form, take a printout of the declaration slip.
There is a requirement to pay the application fee as per the category of the candidates. Those who belong to the General category and OBC category are required to pay Rs. 4000/- and Rs. 1250 for those belonging to PWD, SC, and ST categories. You can pay the examination fee using the online mode. You can also use online modes such as debit card, credit card, and e-banking facilities for paying the amount of application fee.
Check the eligibility criteria before you apply for the Film and Television Institute of India 2023 examination. Candidate must have done graduation from a recognized university to apply for the PG Diploma in Direction & Screenplay Writing/ Editing/ Acting/Cinematography. Candidate must have done graduation from Physics subject at 10+2 level if applying for PG Diploma in Sound Recording and Sound Design.

FTII JET Examination will take place in offline mode. Candidates are required to complete the question paper in the duration of 180 minutes.
The question paper will appear in both the languages English and Hindi. The questions will reach to the candidates in an objective type pattern. The total marks of the question paper will be 100.

The syllabus of FTII 2023 contains questions based on general Maths as well as General Knowledge. Although, there will be no specific syllabus for the entrance test of FTII students have to be well versed in skill-based and performing art subjects. Also, ensure for having complete knowledge about socio-economic developments such as countries and happenings, awards and recognition, etc.
The selection of the candidates is based on the scores attained in the entrance test. Carry all the original documents/photocopied documents before appearing for counseling. The rounds like Interviews and workshops will be mandatory for qualified candidates.
