Eligibility Criteria Course Wise:

• B.Tech Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have successfully completed class XII from the Science stream from any state or central board of secondary education. It is important that candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and attained at least 60% marks for merit-based admissions in Galgotias University B.Tech courses. In case, if the candidate has attained marks between  40% to 59%, then they need to sit for JEE Mains and must have a rank more than 5 lakhs for admissions.
• M.Tech Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have successfully completed from any UGC recognised university with at least 60% marks in the graduation level. The admissions will be given to the candidates in the M.Tech specialisations based on the specialization of the student studied previously. Students will be provided with the admissions in the M.Tech discipline of their choice only if the candidate has studied in the same or related discipline.
• BCA Eligibility Criteria: To apply for BCA (Bachelors of Computer Application) course candidate must have successfully cleared class XII in Science stream from any state or central board of secondary education. The candidate must have studied English or any of Computer Applications / Maths / Informatics Practice / Computer Science / Multimedia & Web and have attained at least 60% marks for merit-based admissions in the BCA course.
• MCA Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have successfully cleared from any UGC recognized university with at least 60% marks attained in graduation. The candidate must have studied any of B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Sc (Mathematics) or BCA to apply for admission.

B.Arch Eligibility Criteria:

• To apply for 5 year B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) course, candidate must have been from Science stream at XII level from any state or CBSE. The candidate must have studied subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and must have attained at least 50% marks for merit-based admissions.
• In case, if the candidate has studied in a 10+3 diploma level (polytechnic) course, then he/she must have scored minimum 50% marks in XII with Mathematics as a mandatory subject.
• It is compulsory that candidate must have attained valid score in any of NATA , JEE Mains Paper 2 or UPSEE Paper 4 for seeking admissions in B.Arch course.
• BBA Eligibility Criteria: BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) is an undergraduate level course. If candidate studied with any stream from any state or central board can apply for BBA course. To apply, candidate must have scored above 60% in 4 subjects combined.
• MBA Eligibility Criteria: To apply for MBA candidate must have done graduation in any Bachelor’s stream from any UGC recognized university. The candidate have acquired 50% marks in graduation or 55 percentile/440 scores in MAT exam or CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/NMAT score at least 50% . Candidate needs to apply using offlone mode for last criteria.
• B.Com Eligibility Criteria: To apply for B.Com, candidate must have successfully completed class XII from any state or central board of secondary education. The candidate must have studied Commerce or Mathematics and acquired at least 60% marks for merit-based admission in B. Com.
• BHM & B.Sc Hotel Management and Fashion Design, B.Des Eligibility Criteria: If you have successfully completed class XII from any central or state government board of secondary education with 50% aggregate then you may apply for the course.
• BA, B.Sc Eligibility Criteria: Those who have studied 10+2 level from any central or state government board of secondary education may apply for BA and B.Sc courses. You must have scored at least 50% in aggregate.
• MA and M.Sc Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have done MA or M.Sc with any related subject in Bachelors stream from any UGC recognised university and have attained 50% marks in graduation.
• B.Pharm and D.Pharm Eligibility Criteria: If you have passed class XII from any central or state government board of secondary education and attained 50% and 60% aggregate then you may apply for D.Pharm and B.Pharm respectively. The candidates must have successfully passed from the Science stream. For B.Pharm admissions, applicants must have studied PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) combination.
• B.Optometry and BPT Eligibility Criteria: Those who have passed their 10+2 level from any central or state government board of secondary education with minimum 50% marks may apply for B.Optometry and BPT. The candidate must have studied with PCB combination and those who have studied in PCM combination may also opt for B.Optometry course.
• M.Pharm and MPT Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must have done B.Pharm or BPT respectively to apply for M.Pharm and MPT with any related subject in bachelor’s stream from any UGC recognized university. The candidate must have attained at least 50% marks in graduation.
• BA/BBA+LL.B Eligibility Criteria: Applicant studied with any stream from any state or central board may apply for BBA+LL.B or BA+LL.B course. Candidate must have acquired at least 50% in the best 4 subjects. If the student has attained 45%-50% marks in class XII, then university will provide admissions based on CLAT or LSAT marks of the candidate.
• LL.B Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have successfully completed graduation in graduation from any UGC recognised university with at least 50% marks. In case, candidate has attained  45%-50% marks in bachelors, then university will provide admissions based on CLAT or LSAT marks of the candidate.
• LL.M Eligibility Criteria: To seek admission in LL.M, candidate must have completed graduation with LL.B from any UGC recognised university with minimum 50% marks. Candidate must have scored suitable mark of LL.M entrance test commenced by Galgotias University or have an acceptable score in LSAT.
• B.Ed Eligibility Criteria: To seek admission in B.Ed candidate must have done graduation from any UGC recognised university with at least 50% marks.
• M.Ed Eligibility Criteria: To apply for M.Ed, candidate must have acquired B.Ed, B.El.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from any UGC recognised the university of India with at least 50% marks.

Galgotias University 2023 Application Form:

• Candidate needs to apply on the basis of previous academic scores and JEE Mains Score on the online admission portal of Galgotias University. The candidate will fill the application form and add all academic details and upload the required documents mentioned in the application portal. Once this done then make payment of the application fee via online mode
• Selection will be done on merit. A merit list will be created and candidates will appear for counselling process. During counseling, the university will confirm the student’s admissions and then they will submit the admission fee to secure the admission in Galgotias University.
