GNDU Admission 2023 Application Form:
To apply for the examination, the candidate is required to apply through the online mode. Here are the steps to be followed:
- First, go to the official website i.e, http://online.gndu.ac.in/
- Then click the link ‘ADMISSIONS’
- Once you click ADMISSIONS, choose the link taking you to GNDU Admission 2023.
- Choose the course you are interested to take in along with the department.
- It is important to fill in personal details such as name, father’s name, and other personal details appropriately.
- After the form gets filled and submitted, the candidate will receive an ID and password via email or SMS.
- Make sure to go through the entire form before you finally submit the form.
- Do not forget to upload the latest passport size photograph in JPG format and file size lesser than 30KB along with the signature.
- Payment of the application fee is another mandatory formality you need to make along with form submission. Pay in State Bank of India via bank challan or submit online by pressing the “Submit” key.
- Seek print out of the application form further need.

Eligibility Criteria:
Before you apply for any of the courses, check the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
- If you are applying for B.Tech then you must have completed class XII with subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent.
- If you are applying for Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Science (Honors), then you must have completed the class XII examination with at least 40% marks in aggregate in the science group or equivalent examination
- To apply for B.Com/BBA, the candidate must have completed class 12th with at least 50% marks in the aggregate or equivalent examination
- To apply for Bachelor of Arts (Pass Course), successful completion of class 12th or some other equivalent examination from some recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in Punjabi subject is mandatory eligibility.
- If you are applying for a Bachelor of Library and Information Science, then you must have completed B.A. / B.Com/ B.Sc or M.A. / M.Com. / M.Sc with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent examination.
- To apply for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), the candidate must have done graduation with at least 50 % marks or Post Graduation in the social science/ science/ Humanity/ Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Maths and Science with at least 55% marks or some other qualification equivalent is mandatory eligibility.
- If you are applying for MA/M.Com, then you must have completed graduation in any of the disciplines with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in a related subject or some equivalent examination.
- To apply for a Master of Education you must have acquired 50% marks or some equivalent grade in courses like B.El.Ed, B.Ed., D.El.Ed, B.A.B.Ed, B.Sc.B.Ed. along with an undergraduate degree with at least 50% marks in each.
- If you are applying for M.Tech, then you must have completed graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject or equivalent examination.
- To apply for Post-graduation in Science, the candidate must have completed B.Sc. in 10+2+3 pattern in the related subject along with one elective subject with at least 50% marks from GNDU or some recognized equivalent examination by the University.
Admit Card:
Receive admit card from the online mode a few days before date of examination. Download the admit card from the official website through the official website. This card contains is crucial to carry at the exam center on the examination day. You will find details like exam date, time, exam venue, etc details in admit card.
GNDU 2023 Result:
- To get the exam result, move to the official website and click ‘Examination’
- Then move onto ‘Result’ and enter roll number, session, the month of examination, and course.
- Click the ‘Submit’ button and the result will be shown on the screen.
Counselling:
The Candidates who qualify the entrance exam of GNDU 2023 will be invited to participate in the counseling process.
