- After selecting the Test Date and Exam Centre, pay the amount using the right payment gateway.

Two Types of GRE: There are two types of GRE, go through the information below:
- GRE General Test: In GRE General Test, account verbal reasoning, quantitative ability, and analytical writing skills are included. Most of the universities accept the general test score and the majority of students prefer this test. This test takes place the entire year and applicants can select the date of taking the examination as per their convenience.
- GRE Subject Test: The second is GRE Subject Test which measures the candidate’s achievement in the specific subject. Exam Pattern:
Candidate must know the examination pattern for performing well in the examination:
- The GRE question paper is divided into three sections – Analytical Writing, Verbal Reasoning, and Quantitative Reasoning.
- The candidate will get 3 hours 30 minutes to complete the paper
- The paper will be computer-based
- The paper-based examination will be divided into two sub-sections for each of the main categories i.e. Analytical Writing, Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning.
- Analytical Writing comprises two tasks to be completed on the duration of 1 hour.
- Verbal and Quantitative reasoning comprises two sections and 50 questions. The candidate has to complete both of them in the duration of 60 and 70 minutes respectively.

- Computer-based Test: Across all sections, all questions will contribute equally to the total score. During the end of the test, a raw test score is computed. The raw test score implies the number of correct answers. Through equating, the raw scores for both the sections will be converted into scaled scores on the 130–170 scale. Both Verbal and the Quantitative portions of the examination are section adaptive.
- Paper-based Test: For the Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning sections paper-based GRE exam, a raw score is computed. The raw score implies the number of correct answers.
