Gujarat PGCET 2023 Application Form:
The applicants who are desirous of taking part in the selection process of the Gujarat post-graduate entrance test should apply for the examination. There is a definite procedure for the application process of the exam, which a candidate must adhere to. The application form will be released in July 2023. First, the candidates are required to deposit an application fee of Rs.500/- through any branch of PNB before filling up the application form. After depositing the application fee the candidates get the PIN.
Using the PIN after paying the application fee, the candidates are required to register online on the link: www.jacpcldce.ac.in and start filling the application form of Gujarat PGCET 2023. The candidates are required to provide all personal and academic details. All the entered details must be valid and able to be verified. The candidates must sign on it and then it be submitted. The candidates are advised to get the printout of the application form and sign on it. It must be preserved carefully until the completion of the verification round.

Eligibility Criteria:
For any examination, the organizing authority decides for certain essential rules and criteria which must be followed by the aspiring candidates. For verifying the candidate’s eligibility, the candidates are checked whether they satisfy these rules or not. When they don’t satisfy the conditions they shall not be allowed to appear in the exam or can be rejected at any stage of the selection process. The rules of the eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Candidate must be a citizen of Indian.
- The candidates must have passed the 12th class qualifying examination.
- The candidate should qualify for the entrance test with at least 50% marks for general and 45% marks for SC/ST/SEBC Category.
PGCET Selection Process:
The conducting authority of the exam will decide the cut-off mark for the Gujarat PGCET. According to the rule, a candidate must score greater than or equal to the cut-off score to qualify for the selection process. The candidates will be able to view the cut-off score when the score will be declared on the official website. The result of the exam shall be declared by the end of July 2023. A merit list shall be prepared which will include the names of all the qualified candidates. The candidates appearing on the merit list shall be called for the counselling process in order of merit.
Exam Pattern:
The exam pattern defines the internal details regarding the paper setting of the exam. The candidates who wish to participate and appear in the exam should be knowledgeable about the exam pattern. If you understand the exam pattern it would be easier for you to clear the exam comparatively easily. The general pattern of the exam will be as follows:
- The questions will be of objective type only.
- The medium of the question will be English
- There will be 100 questions to be answered in the question paper.
- All the questions have to be answered within a time span of 90 minutes.
- Negative markings will not be applicable here.
Admit Card:
The Admit Card will be available online mode. For further use candidates can also download the admit card and print it out. During the examination Admit will be required. Any ID proof also requires the examination hall. Exam Center Details, Exam Timing, Candidates Name, etc all detail will be mention in admit card.

Counselling Process :
The Gujarat PGCET 2023 consists of two rounds of choice filling. Before the first round of choice filling, there would be a trial round for providing the candidates with an awareness about the counselling process. After that, the candidates have to log in with their PIN no. and password to fill in their choices. Then the candidates must pay the admission fee of Rs.1000/- online or through the PNB bank challan. Candidates shall then be called for document verification at the help centers. After that, the candidates will receive a provisional admission letter, which can be treated as a pass to attend the desired programme.
