How to Apply?
- Visit the official website of the university.
- Go to the Admission Page and click the ‘Application Form’ link.
- The form will appear on the screen.

GGU UG Eligibility Criteria
- For admission to the B.Tech program in any specialization, the candidate must have passed 10+2 in PCM with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board or institution.
- For admission to the B.Pharma program, the candidates must have completed 10+2 in Science with Biology as a mandatory subject. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate score as required by the university.
- For admission to the B.Sc program in any specialization, the candidate must have completed 10+2 with Science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The candidates must have Biology as a mandatory subject wherever required.
- For admission to the B.A (H) program in different specializations, the candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum percentage of marks required by the university.
- For admission to the B.Com/B.Com (H) course, the candidate must have passed 10+2 in commerce stream with Accounts/Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Selection Criteria
- For admission to the B.Tech program, the candidate must have a valid JEE main score. Candidates having a valid JEE Main score will be called for the counseling round. The university releases the final merit list after the conclusion of the counseling round.
- For admission to the B.Pharma, B.Sc (H), B.A (H), B.Com (H), BA LLB, BSW, and other courses, the university conducts the VET exam. Candidates are required to appear for the entrance exam and have to clear the merit list for final admission.

GGU PG Eligibility Criteria
- For admission to the M.Tech program in any specialization, the candidate must have a B.Tech degree in relevant specialization with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to the MBA program, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to the M.Sc program in any specialization, the candidate must have a B.Sc degree in relevant specialization with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to the M.A program in any specialization, the candidate must have a B.A degree in relevant specialization with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to the M.Pharma program in any specialization, the candidate must have a B.Pharm degree in relevant specialization with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to the M.Ed program, the candidate must have a B.Ed degree with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to the M.P.Ed program, the candidate must have a B.P.Ed degree with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate.
Selection Criteria
- The candidate must have a valid VET or GATE score for final admission to the M.Tech program. The candidates will be called for the counseling round based on the merit list released by the university.
- Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program, must have a valid MAT/CMAT score. The candidates will be called for the counseling round based on the merit list released by the university.
- Candidates must have a valid GPAT score for admission to the M.Pharm course.
- For admission to other PG programs such as MA, M.Sc, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, MCA the candidate has to take the VET exam followed by the interview round.
GGU M.Phil/Ph.D. Admission 2023
Guru Ghasidas University offers doctoral programs in all major specializations. Candidates must have completed a master’s degree in relevant specialization for admission to the Ph.D. program.

GGU Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to have a valid UGC JRF score or VRET score for admission to the Ph.D. program. Based on the merit list released by the university, candidates will be called for the interview round.
