HBSAT 2023: HBSAT or Hyderabad Business School Aptitude Test takes place every year by GITAM (Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management) for providing admission to the UG & PG Courses. It is a National Level Entrance Test. Applicants are required to appear in the test if want to seek admission in management programmes offered by GITAM HBS. However, those who have already appeared in national level management examinations such as MAT/ GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ NMAT are exempted from any exam and may seek direct admission in HBS admission. The application form to apply for HBSAT 2023 examination will release via online mode. To apply for the test first, log in to the official website of the institute. Now, fill in all the personal, educational, and other details in the form. Submit the application fee as well.

Process to Apply for HBSAT 2023:

There are two modes to apply for HBSAT 2023:

Online:

• First, go to the Gitam Hyderabad Business School’s official website.
• Now, start filling the application form with the correct details.
• After this, upload the scanned documents in the specified format and submit the registration fee in the online mode.
• Lastly, pay the application fee.

Offline:

• Download the Registration Form from the official website in the offline mode.
• Fill in all the details in the form and pay the application fee. Once the form is filled, send the form to the following address:

Application Fee:

The application fee for HBSAT 2023 application form is Rs.800/- and pay the amount via online mode such as Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking.

Eligibility Criteria:

Those who are interested to appear in HBSAT 2023 need to check the eligibility criteria. Here are the details about the same:

• Applicants to the MBA Programme must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline.
• The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by August 20, 2021.
• There is no upper age to apply for the test.

HBSAT 2023 Exam Pattern:

• The exam will be commenced in the online mode in January.
• The paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions.
• One hour and 30 minutes is the time limit to complete the paper.
• The applicant will get 1 mark for every correct answer and there will be no negative marking.

Exam Center:

HBSAT 2023 examination will take place in 24 cities of India. Candidates can select any one exam center of their choice. Here is the list of the examination centers:

HBSAT 2023 Admit Card:

The admit card to appear in Hyderabad Business School Admission Test will be released on the official portal a week prior to the date of the examination. Those who have successfully enrolled and paid the registration fee will receive the admit card to appear in the entrance test. The admit card for HBSAT 2023 comprises information such as Exam date and time, Candidate’s personal and contact details, etc. Ensure to carry the print of the admit card and a relevant email ID to the exam center.

HBSAT 2023 Result:

The examination result of HBSAT 2023 will be announced shortly after the exam gets over. To check the result, download the organization’s official site. Based on the HBSAT 20223 and other national level MBA entry tests (MAT/GMAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA/NMAT) enrollment will get over. Here are the steps to download the exam result:

• Visit the Hyderabad Business School’s official website.

• After this, submit the roll number and birth date.

HBSAT 2023 Counselling:

After the result announcement, candidates will appear for the counseling process. Candidates will be intimated about this via email.

GD and PI: Those who are selected in the selection process will appear for GD i.e. Group discussion and PI i.e. Personal Interview at the Rudraram campus of GITAM Hyderabad Business School. It is mandatory to appear for the counseling process without a miss.
