Hopetown Girls’ School Dehradun Admission 2022: Hopetown Girl’s School was founded in the year 1999 with a total of 32 students. This is basically a residential school for the girls aged between 11 years and 18 years. This school is affiliated to the “Council of the Indian School Certificate”. This is located at a distance of about 40 minutes from the Dehradun City Center. This school makes use of some of the latest technologies. There are two computer labs, one for the junior and the other for the seniors. Apart from this, there are 1 media center, 2 audiovisual rooms, and a total of 30 iPads for the Middle School. These iPads help in providing an education of the highest quality to the students. The school also tried to make the students physically active by involving them in various outdoor games and sports.

In order to get admission to this school the parents will have to first get their child registered. In order to do this, they will first have to fill in the registration form and also make payment of the registration fee. Apart from this, the candidate will also have to submit the academic records along with the birth certificate. The lower age limit to get admission to this school is 9 years for class V. The student will have to be 9 years as on the 1st of April of the joining year.

Hopetown Girls’ School Dehradun Registration Process:

• For the students between classes V to IX, there will be an admission test conducted and the students will have to appear for the test either in the month of November or in the month of January. The registration forms are in by that time.
• For Class XI the students will have to submit the results of the preliminary examination in order to get a provisional entry in the month of April. In the month of June, the results will be declared and it is during this time that the admission will be confirmed.
• The senior staff members will interview the candidates.
• The date of the entrance test will be mentioned to the students and they will also receive a proper syllabus and sample papers for preparation.
• The entrance test will be conducted on three subjects: Mathematics, English and Hindi.
• If the candidate fails to appear for the entrance test without informing the authority before hand, then the registration will be canceled and the registration fee will be forfeited.

The process of Selection

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their merit and also on the availability of the seats. Seats will be offered by the admission committee accordingly. The admission committee has the right to reject any application without prior information. The parents of the candidates have to confirm their admission within 10 days of the selection process. The parents will also have to pay when they accept the admission. In case the parents are not able to make the payment within the stipulated time, then the seat will be given to the next candidate. The new entrants will be able to join the school in the month of April.

Once the admission is done, the candidates will receive the admission documents and will also be provided with an admission number. It is very important for the parents to read the rules and the guidelines and the admission procedure of the school.

Application Fee

• There is an online refundable fee of Rs.15000 that will have to be paid along with the registration form.
• The admission fee is Rs.75000/-.
• There is also a refundable security deposit of Rs.380000 and this is interest-free. This is equal to the school fee for each term.
• There is also an imprest amount of Rs. 3,80000.
• An advance of Rs. 50,000 has to be paid for the uniform, medical, stationery, etc.
• The classes for the Board examinees that are held during the winter holidays are compulsory. For this, the parents will have to pay separately even if the student is not able to attend the classes.

The above fee can be paid either by Demand draft or by payment Gateway. You cannot make the fee payment either by cash or by cheque.
