IBPS PO Exam Pattern & Syllabus: Every year The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS PO Bank Exam. After clear IBPS PO Exam candidates can get the job in the Public-Sector Banks in India. IBPS provides its services to all Public-Sector Banks (PNB, BOB, etc.), RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, LIC & Insurance companies, and other Banks which are regular members of the IBPS society. The final stage of the IBPS PO will be the interview process. Candidates who qualify the Mains Exam are invited for the Interview Process by IBPS. The Interview Process will be of 100 marks and the minimum marks for qualifying this round will be 40% which is reduced to 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories.
