IBPS SO 2023: The Institute of banking personnel selection (IBPS) is a recruitment body that was started with the aim of recruiting and placing young graduates in the public sector banks. IBPS came into existence in 1975 as personnel selection services. Every year IBPS holds examinations to fill the vacancies of specialist officers (SO) in the financial organization and public sector banks like NABARD, LIC, SIDBI, insurance companies, etc. IBPS is an autonomous body it solely conducts the examinations. It serves as a recruitment agency for all banking personal except for the state bank of India. This year also IBPS announces Notification for the recruitment of candidates for the post of SO.
