ICI EE 2025 – ICI or Indian Culinary Institute is responsible for releasing the information about ICI EE examination. Every year, the institute conducts an examination for selecting the applicable candidates on the post. Eligibility Criteria:

For BBA:
- General/OBC categories Candidates age will be 25 years.
- It is a must to submit the physical fitness certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner.
- Applicant must have successfully cleared class XII with at least 50% for the general category and 45% for SC/ST category.
- Those who are appearing in class XII may also apply for the examination.
- Intermediate/HSC/+2 level exam in10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognized Board/University may also apply for the examination.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level may also apply.
- High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University may also apply.
- Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is equal to a 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.
- S.C. Vocational Exam approved by NCVT and SCVT of the concerned state.
- Senior Secondary School Examination commenced by the NOS with at least five subjects, the result of which should be available up to 30.09.2021.
For MBA:
- Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories must have 25 years of age to as on July 1, 2025 to apply for the exam.
- Applicant must be possessed with the physical fitness certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner.
- Applicants from General Category must have a complete degree in graduation in Culinary Arts/Hospitality/Hotel Management with minimum 50% marks
- Those who are appearing in their final year exam of the above courses can also apply.
ICI EE 2025 Application Form:
The application form will be released via online mode. Candidates need to click ici.nic.in. to apply. Fill the form and send through speed post. Here are the steps to apply in both modes:
Online:
- First, go to the official website
- Now, click the new registration button.
- Fill in all the crucial details such as name, gender, father’s name, address, number, etc.
- Take a print of the online Application Form and send it by the Registered Post/Speed Post. The other options to send include by hand at ICI, NOIDA, or via email at Indianculinaryinstitute@gmail.com.
Offline:
- First, download the application form from the official website
- Now, fill the personal, educational, etc details carefully in the form.
- Submit the application form via speed post or by hand or can also email at Indianculinaryinstitute@gmail.com.

Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs. 1000 for the application form.

ICI EE 2025 Exam Pattern:
The examination pattern for ICI EE 2025 is as follows:
For BBA:
- The exam will be commenced in offline mode.
- The paper will be consisted of 100 questions
- Paper will appear in two languages – English and Hindi
- Paper will be for 100 marks.
- The candidate will get 2 hours to complete the exam.
- There will be no negative markings in the test.
Question Distribution:
- Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude – 20 Questions
- Reasoning and Logical Deduction – 20 Questions
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 20 Questions
- English Language – 20 Questions
- Aptitude for Service Sector – 20 Questions
For MBA:
- The exam will be commenced in the offline mode.
- Candidate will solve 100 questions for 1 mark each
- Candidate will get 120 minutes to complete the paper
- There will be no negative marking
- The paper will appear in English language only.

- Food and Beverage Service 2:00 Hrs. /Management – 20 Questions
- Analytical Aptitude / IQ – 20 Questions

Admit Card:
The admit card will be released for ICI EE 2025 exam via online mode. To collect the hall ticket, go to ici.nic.in. Admit card will be provided in PDF format. To fetch the admit card, login using Registration ID, Date of Birth, and Email ID. However, if the candidate is unable to download the admit card, then the exam conducting authority will issue a duplicate card by submitting an identity proof at the test center. Make sure to carry the admit card at the test center because it is a mandatory document.
Result:
The examination result will be released on the official website www.ici.nic.in. It will be made available in the form of a merit list. To check the result, use the registration id, date of birth and email address. Those who are selected will appear for document verification.
Counselling:
Candidates will be allotted with a seat based on the merit acquired in ICI EE 2025 exam. They will appear for the documents verification and submit the fee after the result announcement. Here is the list of documents required for counseling in original:
