ICMAI CAT 2022: There is a great demand for accountants in India and therefore ICAI has come up with a short-term course. This is a certificate in accounting technicians and is meant for those students who have completed their class XII and are undergraduates. This course was first introduced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. If the student is equipped with CAT then he or she can maintain the accounts quite well. They also help in preparing income tax returns. They will be able to complete everything starting from filing the returns under the company’s act, filing the income tax returns, custom act, and also the documentation for both export and import.

ICMAI CAT 2022 Application Form:

The application form will be available on the official website of ICAI. The students who register for the term examination of 2022 will be able to fill up the ICMAI CAT application form online. You can only fill up the application form online. You will have to fill in all the necessary details that including the educational details, and the personal details, and also upload the photos according to the format. Once the form is filled up, the printed form will have to be sent to The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Application Fee:

The application fee for the ICMAI CAT online applications is Rs.800. You can make the payment using either a credit or a debit card. You can also make a bank draft favoring ” The institute of Cost Accountants of India.” payable in New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria:

It is very important for the students who want to appear for the ICMAI CAT 2022 examination should first check out their eligibility criteria. To know about the criteria, you should go through the points below:

• The student should pass class X.
• They should pass the class XII examination.
• Students who are appearing for the class XII examination can also apply for the admission test at the entry-level of the CAT course.

Exam Pattern:

The students who want to appear for this examination should first take a look at the pattern of the examination. This is an online exam and the duration for this is 2 hours. It consists of multiple-choice questions and there are a total of two papers. The students have to answer 100 questions for paper 1 and 100 questions for paper 2. They get one mark for each correct question and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.

There are a total of four papers.

The students who appeared for the ICMAI CAT examination will be able to download the result from the official website by putting in the registration details. No hard copy will be sent to students by post. To download the admit card, the students will have to put it in the registration details. The admit card will have all the details of the candidates, the address of the test center, and also the time of reporting. The candidate will have to carry a hard copy of the admit card along with a valid id proof on the date of the examination.
