UPSC IES/ISS 2025 Application Form:

Qualification Requirement:

For IES 2025, the applicant should be graduated in Economics/ Business Economics/Applied Economics/ /Econometrics. For ESE applicants should be graduated in Mathematical Statistics/ Statistics/ Applied Statistics.

• Number of Posts: Indian Economic Services (06), Indian Statistical Services (55)
• Age Limit: Candidates applying for IES and ESE should have an age between 21 and 30 as on 1-8-2015. However, age relaxation followed as per the government rules.
• Selection Process: Aspirants need to go through with a written examination to make the selection process easier.
• Application Fee: The application fee charges Rs 200/- that has to be paid in any of the branches of State Bank of India. One can opt for using modes like cash payment, or via net banking or be using the master card/visa/debit card.

• The Question paper will be consisted of six parts. All the questions for IES will be from topics such as Indian Economics, General English, General Studies, General Economics-I, General Economics-II and General Economics-III.
• In the same manner, the Question Paper of UPSC ISS will also be consisted of six question papers and questions will be from General Studies, Statics-I, Statics-II, Statics-III and Statics-IV and General English.
• The paper will appear in English language only.
• The General Studies paper carries 200 Marks while the General English paper will be for 100 Marks
• There will be a deduction of 1/3rd marks on every incorrect answer.
