IIBS MBA Admission 2023 Application Form:
The IIBS MBA Admission 2023 application process for the computer-based entrance exam for admission to the MBA program.
- Aspirants who have finished graduation in any discipline with 50% from any recognized university or institute can fill the application form.
- Aspirants can register on the official website of IBS and complete the process in online mode.
- The application fee of Rs.1800 has to be paid either through Debit/ Credit card/ Net banking etc.
Immediately after the primary Registration, the login ID and password would be shared with you via email. You should use your login in all the exam process as under:
- Log in to complete your registration by paying of Rs.1800/- as registration fee online.
- Login is available for the Aspirants if in case your payment isn’t successful confirmation won’t be sent to them
- You need to log in at the test center while taking the exam
- You can also view and download Result post-login
- ICFAI Foundation, the convening authority may change your login for each action.

Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria for your ease.
Academic Qualification:
- Aspirants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (mode of education must be English).
- Aspirants with a non-English medium in graduation would have to submit the IELTS/ TOEFL/ NELT score by the set date.
- Aspirants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
- Final year graduation applicants are also eligible to apply by providing their graduation degree or final mark.
Age Limit:
- As per eligibility criteria, there is no age limit to apply for the test
Nationality:
- An aspirant must be a citizen of India
Exam Pattern:
The online computer-based exam Pattern with 2 hours of test duration on both exam days has the following important points to note for test-takers before taking the exam:

Sections & Sub Sections- Key Details:
The exam pattern is further subdivided. This sectional sub-division in Pattern makes as an exam with 5 effective sections. Here are the key details:
- Section-1 in an exam on Verbal Ability with a maximum number of 50 questions, consists of all important parts of English Language – Grammar, Sentence formation, vocabulary usage, idioms, phrases, one-word substitution, jumbled paragraphs among others
- Section-2 on Reading Comprehension with 30 questions based on RC passages is not very difficult. RC passages are of moderate difficulty level and RC-based questions are directly related to the information contained in the passage and can be attempted fairly well.
- The section-3 on Quantitative Ability in exam pattern consists of questions to test your Mathematical Skills. It is very wide and covers each and every topic in Mathematics with greater emphasis on Arithmetic. However, the section is of moderate difficulty level.
- Section-4 in the exam pattern is on Data Adequacy & Data Interpretation. It has two types of questions – the first type is on Data Interpretation which requires Data Analysis, Data comparison, Data Trends and other types of questions are on Data sufficiency.

IIBS MBA 2023 Syllabus:
Section-1: Verbal Ability: 50 MCQs:
Verbal Ability is the highest scoring section with 50 questions. Major topics on which questions are asked in this section are:
- Synonyms/Antonyms
- Word Relation
- Error Spotting
- Phrase Replacement/one-word substitute
- Fill in the blanks
- Jumbled Sentences
The difficulty level for the overall verbal ability section is moderate.
Syllabus Section-2: Reading Comprehension: 30 MCQs:
Reading Comprehension syllabus has marked it as a separate section in the exam with 30 questions.
- RC Section is not clubbed to the Verbal Ability section.
- There are usually 3 RC passages followed by 8 questions each while one RC passage is followed by 6 questions.
- The RC passages have an average length of 500 to 600 words
- Most questions are directly related to the RC passages and answers to them can be easily located in the RC passage itself
- Some of the questions are indirect and you have to check the inference drawn from the passage.

Syllabus Section-3: Quantitative Ability: 30 MCQs:
The quantitative Ability section has a mix of all the topics in Mathematics. The total number of questions in this section is 30. All the questions are Easy to Moderate difficulty levels. Following are the major topics on which questions are based in the Quant section

Out of 30 questions in this section, 15 are based on Data sufficiency and rest 15 on Data Interpretation. This section has the following major topics on which questions are based:

- Data Interpretation (Line, bar, graph)

- IBSAT is Online Computer Based Test. Aspirants should be aware of the computer Test Format, its navigation tools.
